i am always at that awkward stage where i am not super fat but im still big. at my heaviest, i was 160. i started my "diet" during lenten season by quitting sodas. eventually, i also stopped drinking juices. so water and coffee lang ako. then i stopped eating chips and little snacks. when i got used to that, i started to lessen my food intake na and replacing my food with healthier options like eating wheat bread instead of white bread. i tried to stop eating rice pero di ko kaya masyado matagal. a few days without rice, i miss it na. so i'll eat a small serving pa rin para i dont feel deprived. wala din exercise yan except maybe to walk the dog around the village at night. kesa naman wala diba? pwede na yan to start. after 3 months, i lost 30 pounds. after that, i skipped some meals na and deprived myself until i got to 115 lbs. sobrang payat na yun for me. so eventually i settled at a comfortable 120 to 125. pwede pa rin mag-sleeveless and shorts LOL. yun talaga ang motivation ko!

pero i got pregnant and still havent lost the baby weight. hopefully, when i stop breastfeeding, i can really start to diet again. hindi kasi ako fan ng diet programs na hindi ko kaya i-sustain. i dont cook so i cant prepare my food. i also dont have a looooot of money to sign up for cohen or south beach so i just modified my food intake. it helps to write down what you eat para you can review and see where you can change things around. someday, papayat ako ulit (i vow!)
