From 250 pounds middle of last year (grabe super hindi ko toh nakita before..), now 170 pounds.. :)

Mandatory Exercise of 30minutes (talagang walang NO and excuses.)
and STEAM FISH DIET (no carbs, no nothing but steamed fish na meal)
FRUITS (no mangoes avocado and banana.. lahat citrus kase low sa calories)
NO SODA, NO BEER
NO SALT (water retention kase eh).

there are cheat days pero yung cheat ko if events lang na invited and I dont have anything to eat talaga.

It seems very limiting..pero mindset ko, this is for me. to feel good and be confident. i want to live my life, so i have to start moving talaga.  at 27 years old-im missing out on so many things kase nagka-self esteem concerns na ako.kaya now, its a decision talaga.

I am still fat pero I was way, way fatter before. I lost about 70+pounds during my first-diet ever. I was fat since I was a child so never ko nasubukan magdiet. Then college days, na-diagnose with PCOS kasi walang period for about 6-8 months and tinakot ako ng doctor that I have to lose weight OR ELSE. So first time nagseryoso...enrolled in a gym and watched my food intake.

Then nagwork...ayun no more time to work out.

Now, I've gained back the 30...kaya bilog na bilog nanaman ako. It's been a week of "watching" what I eat. And then I'm planning to buy exercise equipment para walang excuse not to exercise.

discipline is the key. Sa ngayon, whenever I see pictures a year ago, mas namomotivate pa ko icontinue yung pag-papapayat ko. From 140Lbs - 114 na lang :)

more than a year ago i weigh 135 lbs, then i wore a size 10 jeans and to think im only 5 ft. tall so talagang chubby ako. then just one day i just wanted to loose some weight, so instead of rice i switch to veggie salad then same pa rin yung ulam. after less than a year my weight drop down to 108 and my jean size to 0 (no exercise at all).

Good luck dear! I was heavy too, around 180-190lbs at 5 feet way back July-Aug 2010, then I had the annual physical exam which made me realized that I really need to lose weight (i was obese class 2!). I started doing unhealthy diets during the first 5-6 months, drinking apple juice, eating way below the required caloric intake and at the same time, doing cardio and weight lifting (which dint help much because I tend to make kwentuhan with my trainer). I lost weight, but no dramatic slim down ever happened until I had like the worst experience in professionalism, he would not show up when I need to do training, always late, etc. so I stopped doing training sessions for about a month. One of the trainers noticed that I stopped training so he offered to train me, and I accepted and just about a month of doing circuit (no dramatic exercise, just lunges, squats, push ups, jumping jacks, running, biceps), and it just happened, body slimmed down and I didnt even noticed that I lost that much weight, I wasnt buying new clothes and I just realized that I lost so much inches when I packed my smallest sized jeans and it was too big for me. I bought 2 new jeans every week, and after just a week, i would lose another inch, it made me frustrated a first cause clothes are costly. And then i changed trainers cause I just wanted something new (and maybe because I stopped losing weight, may until september - I was steady at 118-121lbs). There's the use of medicine balls, resistance bands, it was fun but I didnt lose weight, then I have to change trainers cause I just felt that I would lose weight if I did (maybe a spike in the metabolism will help), but it didnt, then I did barre3 for a month (without gym) and ef, I i think i gained weight. I was always looking for something new, I did the free trial of club 360 (which was so easy for me) and crossift (which i loved but too expensive!) Now I'm back again with training sessions and I feel lost, really.

I gained weight (about 3 lbs), currently at 123.4 lbs right now and I'm aiming to lose the last 24 lbs before the year ends. I'm thinking of joining crossfit for about a month and doing at least 15km of treadmill weekly to improve my cardio. I'll also cleanup my diet by eating wheat bread (which I once removed from my diet since I read that it causes estrogen increase) and egg (for protein), protein shakes, almonds, oat brans. And removing sugar intake and sodium intake as much as possible.

Too sum it up, I started changing diets around August 2010 (starting weight is at 85.8kg from my annual physical exam), then I started gym September 19, 2010. I lost around 30.8kg by April end. And gained about 1.1kg this Oct (ef!). But I noticed that even if I gained weight, my belly looks way better than it did during the time that I was just 55kg.

I know, I should ditch the scale and just look at the inches, but when it comes to running, I'd really really love to be light so it would be easier for me.

i used to be uber fat way back six years ago. it was a roller coaster ride for me dreaming that one day i will be one of "the girls" i saw on television ad. i resigned from my work due to health reasons.  i've been unemployed for almost one year and that's the time i went into strict diet. super kinarir ko sya talaga. after 6pm i don't eat na then cut down of food intake. no sweets and salty foods and then i do jumping rope and hoola hoop as my exercise, during night time i do sit ups(minimum of 50, maximum of 100).  ako din i can't imagine pano ako pumayat ng ganun. i used to weigh 145lbs with a height of 5'4 down to 103 lbs. kaso napansin ko sobrang naging masasakitin ako. doctor said i'm underweight daw so i gained weight and now i'm maintaining it to 106 to 110 lbs. now i can say that i am enjoying the fruits of my labor. i'm more healthy now, i can wear all kinds of clothes and feel better with myself.

How cool! Inspiring talaga! :D

Ako, Ive been fat ever since! tabain talaga ako! lol! Nakakainis! Started to lose weight when I graduated from HS, exercise and less calorie intake, tapos I stopped when I was in 3rd yr college... Somehow na maintain ko naman yung weight ko, but feeling ko I was still too fat, kaso I was too busy with school, duties, deadlines, graduation and board exam reviews to exercise, I starved myself nalang! hahahaha! :( depressing!!
