'Going to Baler on February 9-10. Ang hirap maghanap ng accommodations. I've called the following pero fully booked na.

1. Bay's Inn
2. Pacific Waves Inn
3. Aliya's

Yung Bahia de Baler, sabi under renovation yung cheaper rooms nila till March kaya ang sabi nya De Luxe daw na room for 2 maximum of 4 persons ay P5501 plus P1250/ extra person.  We're on a tight budget so this won't fly.  Suggestions anyone? We want a beachfront inn sana.

We're going on Feb 16-17. This is a big family outing kaya limited lang ang budget. Buti na lang I was able to book the beach house of desiree's lodge - beachfront daw (yipee!). Swak na swak sa budget, 6k with 5 rooms. Sana okay nga yung house.

I suggest you try calling some homestays, may mga beach front din naman sila at ok pa sa budget. Meron din naman silang per room basis.

HALA sis! Plan din namin that date for Chinese New Year. Kaso, na-move sa 2nd week ng february. Sana may mahanap kami na cheap accomodation by that time

Booked with Villareals Bahay Kubo (Baler Nipa Hut). P2500/night for the entire two-storey bahay kubo that can accommodate 8 people naman daw. Sana okay sya since recommended din ng couchsurfing friends nung orgmate ko. Wala pa syang ganung photos sa net maliban yung andun sa FB account nila. 'Will write a review after our trip.

Grabe din pala magbook sa Joybus ng Genesis. Pumunta ako dun nung January 19 para sa trip namin ng  Feb 9, fully booked na sila. Di ko alam kung dahil lang sa surfing competition sa Feb 7-10. Kaya ito, regular AC Genesis bus to Baler ang drama namin.

^ same diskarte done by us. Hirap kontakin nung landline nila, then when it rings wala naman sumasagot. Good thing I got one of their bus stewardess no. na naging chummy chummy ko, si Shan. She was more than helpful. Siya lang kausap ko all throughout my transaction.

Chyng, 'yung Joybus pabalik ng Manila pwede na ba ako magpareserve now or pagdating na talaga namin sa Baler pwede? Nung tinanong ko kasi sa Cubao sabi sa Baler daw ang reservation nun, pero I was wondering kung may bank account din ang Genesis Baler baka pwede nako magdeposit.

wala teh. dun talaga kami bumili. pero ineffortan din namin yun just to make sure. pagdating palang namin dun hinanap na namin agad yung nagbebenta ng ticket pauwi. hehe

sa feb 16-17 kami chyng, balita ko kasi ang hirap makareserve ng bus pabalik sa manila pag nandun ka na sa terminal sa baler:( hehe, oo feeling close na meh kaya call kita Chyng hahaha)

^ madali lang naman sis. For our case dinala kami nung nagtour sa min sa mismong office nila which is parang isang kanto lang ata eh malapit na sa Pacific Waves INN. Doon kami nagpareserve ng seat sabay bayad na.

Maybe you can request it also sa kung sakali magtour kayo sa Baler..
