para yang calaguas, ang effort ng byahe tapos pagdating mo dun merong tour na nag-organize pa ng fire dancers. haha edi sana nagpuerto galera nalang kami kung gusto namin ng dancers na ganyan.

^thanks sis sa response.. We're planning to surf 3rd week ng April.. Mukhang mahirap nga for beginners dito sa Baler, pero kasi parang mas maganda dito kesa sa LU.. hahaha! I dunno, haven't visited both..

^ okay naman sa LU sis, although you really have to check if may swell sa date ng visit nyo para hindi sayang punta nyo. Marami ding magagaling na instructors and the locals are really nice. I just feel bad about the stories I hear about the place lalo na kapag surfbreak tapos daming dayo, dami ring basura

sa baler, most of the time walang problema ang swell.

Sis Chyng, San kayo nagstay sa Baler? We're planning to go there kasi ng last week ng March.

we will be at Baler this March 24-25..overnight lang..pangtanggal stress lang sa nakakapagod na work..fully booked na ang Bays Inn so we booked on Aliyah na lang..this is our first time mag surf!

We booked a tour sa Explore Island Philippines. 2900/pax kasama na transpo, surf lessons, accomodation and baler country tour. hm. Ok kaya dun? The accomodation would be at Aliya Surf Camp.

^ Im sure it is. Aliya is fairly new as it's barely 2 years in operation and yet when you see how the place has grown and expanded in such a short period of time, you could quickly infer that they're fast catching up with the flock of tourists coming in and it shld be no surprise why they're getting all the buzz it deserves from the surfing community.

I wasn't able to check on the interior but I bet the rooms are as decent and commendable as how its very contemporary facade looks like.  The food from the bar is not to be sneezed at too coz it's cheap and you get a plateful with each hearty serving. We met the owner of Aliya, a young man who happens to be an avid climber with very high hopes and meaningful intentions for the surfing industry to prosper in their hometown. So, Im sure you'll have a spectacular time enjoying the modest scenery, the crazy swell, and the generous helpings of grub from the resto. Drinks are cheap too btw. One thing the place can improve on is adding more restrooms as it truly can no longer suffice for the number of visitors at any time of the day.

we stayed at Amco beach resort. wala na kasing iba, fully booked na yung aliya, bay inn's, bahia, etc.. tska nagtitipid din kami kaya ubra na sa amco. P950 yung room for 3, with a/c and hot shower.

check mo nalang sa blog ko, pati yung ditumabo falls. ang refreshing magtrek dun! winner!
