^ilang years ang processing ng permanent residency? di ba based din yun sa salary? meron kasi akong classmate nung highschool na 4 or 5 years na sa alberta. nag-apply na sya for permanet residency with her family pero until now still in-process pa rin. same with our neighbor na live-in caregiver. di nya makuha yung anak nya

^permanent residence processing time(this is under live-in caregiver program ha):  stage 1 is 13-14 months. stage 2 is 15months.  pero yung mga swerte--magkasabay ng dumadating).

with regards to your friends processing, yes it is taking that long. pwede pa ngang madeny yun kung maysakit ang isa sa family nya eh. pag na-deny sya, she'll go back to pinas upon the expiration of her work permit agad. (yes, ganito ang pagpapahirap ng immigration ngayon   )

with your neighbor naman na live-in caregiver bakit hindi nya makuha anak nya?   automatic na kasama ang mga anak at asawa pag nag apply ang LC ng PR.  unless the anak is over age na. or hindi na-declare sa papers ni LC (papers nya nung nag apply sya papuntang canada) nya na may anak sya.

base on salary?! applicable lang ito sa temporary foreign workers/skilled workers. ang MOST temporary foreign workers now only have 4yrs.

^ganun ba sis? baka yung neighbor namin din nya na-declare na may anak na sya (she's a single mom). yung daughter nya i think grade 4 or 5 na yun. sayang naman

I need your infos. please advise  Meron kasing agency dito sa pinas na hiring sila Caregiver in Montreal, Canada without processing fee  without IELTS pa but ang proposed salary 3,400 USD  first thing daw submit muna yung resume tapos if your're qualified then medical agad... Meron bang ganon? Di ba matagal processing aabutin ng 2 years? just wondering...

^^ you'll be workin' in canada but yung salary is in USD?,. sa pagkaka alam ko ngayon sis, yung sinasabi nila na walang processing fee, its b'coz na the gov't tries to implement nga yung law that employers should be handling the fees, when they sponsor a caregiver, but i'm not sure if napatupad eto, since madami ngang fake agencies ang naglipana, not only sa pinas, kahit dito din sa canada, but if napatupad na eto i doubt din, coz a friend of mine, nag tour dito last summer, at dito na agency na nag apply, but she still have to pay processing fees, better check ng maigi yan sis, and one thing quebec-montreal is french canada so mas strict yung mga regulations nila dun,

It's illegal for agencies to charge processing fees especially for live-in caregivers. Yan ang alam ko. Kahit plane tickets amo ang magbabayad.

that's crazy!  if an employer can pay that much, then there's a lot of people in canada who will go with that.  they prioritize people in canada first before hiring someone from anywhere.  and IELTS is a must since last year or the other year, i cant exactly remember. wala naman talagang fee maliban sa obligations mo sa pinas: poea, etc.

and bago ka magpamedical, it's not resume that you will fill-up. there's a form mismo for those applying under LCP. and they will going to submit it together with their supporting docs. and the embassy ang kokontak sa iyo for medical. unless you filled up a form na ggamit ka ng third party.

nag start lang ito last year when the changes in the live-in caregiver took effect.  and kahit noon pa, wala naman na talagang processing fee, pero agencies still charge applicants

hello mga sis!

i am new here in female network,stumbled upon the forums kc i was searching regarding sa immigration process to canada.

my husband is in canada,he's already a citizen and lived there for most of his life,30yrs. Now we are planning to migrate there so we can be reunited with our soon to be 2 babies,i am still here in the phils with our 1st baby and im pregnant with our second.

How long does it take ba for the immigration process for family class? we are goin to process the papers as soon as baby number 2 comes out.
