Thanks sa mga opinion nyo sis. I read also about the benefits of living in canada and i know marami talaga. Well, sana ma approve kami until medical para may choice kami.

Sa AU ang taas daw ng cost of living, sa rent pa lang ng bahay sobrang mahal. In terms of
economy, mas volatile pa ang AU. Sa AU dati ang first choice namin kasi mas malapit sa Pinas. Pero nung naghigpit na sila, inuna na lang namin ang Canada.

^ sis don't worry hinde naman yung totally revamp.  nag a-update lang sila.  kaya check if your application is affected.

example, last november--nag iba na ang time processing.

bast aevery 6mos halos may update.  so visit the site regularly if your applying to come here in canada

i'm not sure if applicants are allowed to enter the Canadian Embassy now but when I applied in 2000 I was only given a piece of paper with their website written on it.  I downloaded the forms needed, filled them out, and mailed the forms together with the visa fee.  After a month or two I received my file number, waited for 5 years before I got a notice to have my physical exam.  Since we are already residing in another country when I got the notice for PE, I requested the embassy to close my file.  Every year pala they asked us to submit new sets of current NBI and police clearances.

sis manitoba ba ang easiest route to canada?  how much ba fees pag nagconsultancy? i went to a firm recently and they were offering the quebec point system.  RN without much experience kase ako.  They told me $3k ang consultancy fees then yung processing fee daw is $1250 for the 3 of us.

mga sis mas mabilis ba sa manitoba?  what if yung relative mo hindi taga manitoba pwede pa rin ba?  i went recently to this immigration firm.  i told them di ako pumasa sa federal point system. they offered yung quebec point system na lower points, nasa 55 ata.  i am a nurse [textspeak!] with less than a year of experience and we really want to canada.  consultancy fee is $3k USD, mura ba un? should i hire a consultant or on my own na lang?

sis ask ko sana how much ang fee ng friend mo.  though i emailed him my resume for initial assessment.  i also looked up his name sa list of authorized canadian consultant pero he's not there.  here's the site where i looked it up.

With the fee, naku, di ko na sure how much. Di pa rin kasi ako nagpapaprocess. I think better if you ask him na lang po.

Yung pinsan ko, nakapagmigrate na last year pa kasama ang buong family nya. Yung company nila ang tumulong sa kanya.

Ngayon, wala pa silang 2 years dun, nakapabili na ng 2 cars and may bahay na. ang bilis noh?

^oh don't be blinded with those material things.  kasi madali lang talagang makakuha dito ng house and car---but that would mean racking up in mortgages and car payments.

unless they have P5M when they come here, then that's easy

^ sis, nurse ka?! sayang, the cap for nurses has just been reached, pwede ka sana dun! I don't think it's all about the points eh. May certain jobs nalang na nagaaccept sila for Foreign Skilled Workers (FSW) and registered nurse is one of them. Maguupdate ulit sila by July this year.

Ako I'm an IT professional and my husband and I really want to migrate to Canada. Pero since hindi kasama professions namin sa list of "hot jobs", hindi kami pwede mag-apply ng FSW until we have an employer who's willing to sponsor us. Kaya eto, nasa Canada kami ngayon as tourists. Halong vacation and job hunting.

Mas ok kumuha ng consultant sis. At least sure ka na yung ipapasa mong docs is complete and maayos. Try ours, Canadian Immigration Consultancy. May branch sila sa MOA and SM North.

ilang mos valid ang tourist visa nyo sis? btw, my cousin is a medrep and she wants to go to canada. in demand ba dyan sa canada yung job nya? makakahanap kaya sya ng work dyan?

sis charmedpure,  magkano ang consultancy fee nila?  sis di pa pwede magfile pag na-reach na ang cap? kahit file lang?  kulang pa rin naman yung funds namin so we're not in a hurry para lang at least naka-file na kami.  any suggestions?  wala talaga akong alam sa pag migrate to canada.

i'm not after getting the material things. gusto ko lang talaga mag migrate kase ang hirap ng buhay sa pinas, di ka makakuha ng matinong job.

^ifyou want to come here as a nurse, check mo yung site ng poea. overseas job.  and kung may job offers dun for nurses--great.  meron na din doon agency.
