From comic con last july 23 -

Mark Hamil will guest star on the season premiere! It airs on October 21 and the Stars Wars alum will portray a villain on the series.

Chuck will definitely wants the Intersect powers back when we see him again, "but this season is back-to-basics for Chuck,” said executive producer Chris Fedak. “Chuck has to be far greater now. It’s very much about him coming up with those clever, smart solutions again, and having to be a real spy.”

Casey will have a love interest named Gertrude Verbanski.

No exact word on how the series will bow out, but Fedak offered this tease: "Someone might not survive this season."

there are chuck re-runs sa jack tv pero last night ni-replay na yung last 3 final episodes ng season 4.

I think Chuck since past few seasons lagi naghihingalo, usually other shows gets renewed mid season yung chuck laging last minute narerenew.

i'd say this show is underrated sa US, pati mga artists no matter how good they are.
but fortunately, since maganda naman  talaga and malakas din fanbase nila kaya laging nasi-save yung show.

^excited for that too. namiss ko actually yung charm nung early seasons nung sobrang clumsy pa si chuck at talagang kay sarah and casey siya nagrerely para mailigtas siya. dun sa new intersect kasi, biglang nagmala action hero na siya. biglang nagkkung fu na and what not. though funny pa rin naman.

sana magka spin off si chuck and morgan focusing on their nerdy bff-ness.
