pag milkbath naman..i scrub, soap and rinse muna before milk..last yun then rinse lang uli..uber bango and soft

i use fresh milk after my body scrub, i let it stay for mga 5 -10 mins, so moisturizing.

I'm making my own milk-oats-sugar-salt scrub. Sarap gamitin! I can see my skin slough off dead skin after using my carrot health soap + homemade milk scrub combo.

I'm also using a bonne milk scrub during weekdays para no hassle sa pag make ng paste (homemade milk scrub). Medyo messy kasi pag yun ang ginagamit ko.

I also looove a bonne milk lotion.

I love products with milk. Nakaka whiten talaga ng skin.

scrub: Abonne Spa Milk Salt. i have been using this one for 3 years i think, and i am really satisfied with it. combine it with J&J and voila. smooth and soft skin. okay din yung sa Yoko, but i find Abonne's more moisturizing and mabango. pati pala yung Watson's Milk Salts, the one with papaya extract daw, i love it as well kasi nakakasmooth din ng skin, pero mas expensive sya kesa sa abonne and medyo weird ang amoy so i stick to Abonne.

me too i'm a sucker for anything with milk! routine ko naman milk + calamansi. milk for moisturizing and calamansi for whitening. fair naman na ako but gusto ko lang even out skin tone ko. no noticeable effects yet but ang soft and smooth ng skin ko after. pagtinatamad naman abonne or yoko scrub.

super effective sa akin yung chinese salt scrub na naka tetra pack na mabibili sa watsons. It made my skin soft and smooth. Pero napansin ko dapat continuous ang use, or else your skin will return to its previous state.

i mix my homemade masks with milk.. parang binder ko yung milk..  i love milk in general kaya palagi akong may milk sa fridge/pantry..

Soap - Johnson milk soap (eto lang talaga ang sabon ko, palitan sila ng Ivory soap)

Every weekend parati ako nagpapabili sa yaya ko ng 1 gallon of purong coconut milk (yung fresh talaga from wet maket kapag madaling araw). Para pagdating ko sa bahay pwede ako magbabad sa jacuzzi, sobrang lambot ng skin ko afterwards, totoo na mangangasim if you dont rinse well. Pero after you use any cleansing soap wala ng amoy totally.
