Naconfirm ko sa SSS na di nga sya pede iclaim. Sayang. Sickness lang. Eh kung ganun papasok na lang ako sayang sa pasko dami ko paid Holiday off mas mataas kesa sa makukuha ko sa SSS. Sana maclear ako ng doctor today.

Mabilis nga makarecover to Lap Chole. Nakakatakot lang un kakainin. Nagaadjust pa katawan ko. Lambot ng poop eh. Hehe...

ang disability claim kasi sis yung mga naputulan ng mga daliri etc... You mean sis naka admit ka pa rin sa hospital o follow up check up nalang? Kaya naman sis after a week lang go back to office na agad sabi pa nga ng doctor sa akin tanda ko wag kang mag alala hindi bubuka yan o lahat ng mga tanong mo bout sa health ask mo na rin sa doctor mo... get well sis!!!

kayo ba mga sis nag follow-up check up ulit after a year? tatakot ako pag kidney stone naman hopefully not prone ba tayo dun?

Ako nasa recommendation ng doctor na magpacheck with kidney stones pero hindi pa ako nagpapacheck. I'm not sure lang kun may nakita during ct scan or ultrasound kasi hirap makipagcommunicate sa doctor no english kasi kelangan pa ng translator. Plan to have executive checkup paguwi ko sa pnas this february.

Ok na ako mga sis... healed na yun labas  kasi nga maliliit lang na butas un lap chole. Hinay hinay lang daw sa food. Nakapagdrive na rin ako kanina.. 15days binigay sakin na rest muna at wag magwork. Balik na ako sa work sa Dec 12.

may history kasi  sa mother side ko kaya worried lang. Tapos na ER na ako before dahil hirap ako mag pee hanggang may halong blood na pag nag pee ako napakasakit parang binabalisawsaw ako na makirot sobra nakita marami akong crystals nakuha pa sa antibiotic kasi naman konti lang ako mag water para kasi akong nalulunod pag nainom.

Connected sa mga food intakes? pareho silang nagpoproduce ng stones heheh kaya medyo ingat sa mga fatty foods dahil wala na tayong gallbladder para makatulong mag digest at salty foods then more water or fluid intake... na google ko “People who have had a kidney stone seem to have a heightened risk of gallstones – and vice versa,”

^sis, nabasa ko about kidney stones may tendency na bumalik daw ulit. Dapat closely monitored mo na yun kidney mo since may medicine naman para dun, prevention is better than cure. At least yun kidney stones may medicine for that unlike gall stones na wala. Gall bladder removal kagad once naexperience mo na yun symptoms.

Just wanna share din. When I had Lap Chole, there was this old guy next to my bed who had the same case as mine. He was 80 years according to his daughter. He had his gall bladder removed 20 years ago because of gallstones. That time hindi pa available ang Lap Chole so open surgery ginawa dun sa old guy. Then this year nagkaron ulit sya ng stone pero this time sa bile duct napunta or nagstay. The old guy undergone Open Surgery again to remove the stone out from the bile duct.

Kaya mga sis iwas iwas na rin talaga sa mga fatty foods kasi may tendency na magkaron pala ulit tayo ng stone kahit wala na tayong gall bladder.

ask ko lang mga sis, sa mga nagpa lapchole, months after ng surgery, nakakaramdam kayo ng kirot?

Kumikirot kasi yung sa akin, (tapat ng pinakataas na butas,heheh) pero sandali lang at tolerable naman.  Usually sa gabi. Di ko alam if normal yun. Four months na rin kasi nung nagpa surgery ako..

^ako never nakaramdam ng pain or any kirot after ng surgery. Try to ask your surgeon.

^In my case I was discharged from the hospital after 3-5 days then you can go back to work by then.

hi just want to share my experience, just had may lap chole last monday at st. lukes qc under intellicare. was already discharged yesterday. so far i'm slowly recuperating and   quite satisfied with the result.

still under observation and praying for a fast recovery.
