wala pa kong nakikita sa mga malls nyan, pero sa SM meron disco balls ornament, ndi nga lang na-spin available colors are red, gold and silver.

My sister set up our 7 feet Christmas Tree last week. She even bought some piknik, chips and cookies then she wrapped it para may mga gifts rin na display. We live kasi with our nephews, they are allowed to open one gift per day pero hindi makatiis, binuksan agad lahat haha. MERRY CHRISTMAS, EVERYONE!

We were able to put up our Christmas tree (red and gold theme same as last year) and Holy Family collection this morning. Tuwang tuwa ang little boy ko.

Sa Dapitan Arcade maganda bumili ng Christmas decors kasi cheaper dun compared sa mall. Last year nakabili kami ng belen na para sa table, mga Christmas tree hangings like balls, poinsettia for the tree, leaf like looking things with glitters also for the tree. Parang 2-3x yung price nung mga yun sa malls. Bago ako pumunta ng Dapitan Arcade ay pumunta muna ako sa mall ng decors. Nung una nag attempt ako bumili sa mall pero namahalan ako kasi alam ko na yung price sa Dapitan Arcade. Kung malapit lang ang Divisoria ay pupunta din ako dun.

This year bumili ako ng wreath, garland (same material ng Christmas tree), snow flakes for hangging sa tree etc. yung green na garland ko na 9ft sa Dapitan 150, yung cheapest na nakita ko sa sm mga 200plus pero mukang maikli lang kasi pagkakalala ko may 800-900 na garland na kasama yung tag 200 na garland sa sm. Plane green garland lang ang binili ko, ako na lang ang nagdecorate. Yung mga snow flakes na nabili ko 3 packs (5pcs per pack) for 100 lang. Yung nakita ko na ganun sa National Bookstore parang  100plus yung price per pack.

Red and gold ang theme namin. Pero naglalaga ako ng konting silver at ibang color kasi sayang yung old Christmas balls. Last week ko pa nakabit yung Christmas tree, window decors sa 3 windows at belen. Yung decors sa bay windows di ko pa naayos. Nag iisip pa ako ng design. Hopefully before the weekend makabit ko na lahat ng Christmas decors sa bay windows. Isang wreath lang ang decor namin sa Labas ng bahay. Noon may mga capiz lights at parol kami. Kya lang sira na sila. Ayaw ko na bumili kasi baka masira ulit. Kya LED lights na lang ang ikakabit ko sa labas.

Usually kailangan kyo nag kakabit ng Christmas lights sa labas ng bahay? Ayaw pa ikabit ng maid namin kasi wala pa naman daw ang nagpapailaw ng Christmas lights na kapitbahay Namin.

Mamaya makakapunta ako ng mall para maghanap ng angels na decor. Gusto ko kasi mag dagdag ng decors na angels sa big window namin. Saka parang kulang yata kung wreath at Christmas lights lang ang decor namin sa labas ng bahay. Sana makita ko sa Landmark yung hinahanap ko. I don't really know what I'm looking. I guess malalaman ko lang yun pag mag appeal sa akin yung makikita ko sa Landmark. I've been to Dapitan Arcade twice this week. I also went to SM department store and National Bookstore recently pero di ko pa din nakikita yung gusto kong ilagay na decor sa labas ng bahay,

naka-up na rin yung sa amin! we just used old decorations, nakabili lang ako ng konting pandagdag. This is why medyo hindi color coordinated, kasi yung tree namen, red, gold, and green, pero the one in our stairs eh pink and purple.. but it's okay, maganda naman at maaliwalas naman tingnan.. so ok na ako don.. I don't want to spend more kung maayos pa naman yung ginagamit namin!

We started decorating na din. Though i need to shop for more items kasi unti unti lang yung bili namin kasi hindi ako makapagdecide agad hehe... Kaso mahal na ng decors ngayon. More on silver white red tapos konting green kami

Started having the decor brought out of the bodega yesterday afternoon.
Intend to have the other half of the stored decor out of the other bodega this afternoon.
Tree trimming is sched for Friday, re-set from last Friday coz I got downed by hika.  Good the team that does my trees are also available this Friday.
I have 4 Xmas trees that must be put up & decorated. 
My household is sooo behind sched.

Need naman to buy new christmas tree for my new office and a nicer one for my home.  I saw this really nice christmas tree with ornaments na gusto ko na as is.  I wonder if we can deliver as is, and sasakay nalang sa pick up.

May mga sale Christmas decors sa  True Value Trinoma. Mga 10-70% off yung items like Christmas balls, angels, ribbons, bells etc. Mga old stock yun kya kailangan nyo tignan mabuti bago nyo bilhin. Yung mga tinignan ko mukang ok pa naman, yung iba lang yung medyo nag tarnish na pero maganda pa din naman. Wala pa din akong nabili na pang dagdag sa decors namin. Chrostmas gifts yung nabili ko kanina instead of Christmas decors.

I usually prepare our Christmas tree as early as September pero this year because I planned to change our Christmas tree which is already 5 year old and Christmas decorations in SG are only available after halloween ( halloween should be skipped na lang sana wala namang magandang naidudulot to. LOL ) we just had it last week and ending, di ko rin pala mapapalitan pa. hehe. Still looks nice pa naman. color is still purple/pink/silver.

our garlands are nicely put on our curtain rods. Didnt have the same issue I had before na. waiting for our parol from the PH din. ill just buy some more decorations from ikea for our table during Christmas dinner. tipid ako this year. yey.

Our family tradition is to start decorating the day after Thanksgiving.  Most people are out there fighting it out for the black friday sales,  while us we take a relaxing day at home trimming the tree.  Part of the tradition is listening to NSync's christmas cd in a loop!.  We have 2 main rooms to decorate,  the living room has the gold motif with a 10 foot tree, more formal, then the family room which has the red, white and green colors, more like a country style christmas, nutcrackers, acorns, fresh pine, checkered throw.   I like the house to look  very festive around Christmas time.

Plan to change the color scheme for the christmas tree to silver and bronze/copper, that is, if I can find the time to go around and look for ornaments. Last year it was gold and red, which I can just reuse if my schedule gets hectic. I will probably start decorating last week of Nov or 1st wk Dec.

The only change probably is that I will be getting fresh pine wreath at a Farm which I will just decorate and hang outside the front door.
