Is anyone of you aware sa responsibilities ng operations supervisor at sm cinema snack bar? Parehas ba ito ng uniform with the crew? Lastly, until how much kya ko pwedeng i-negotiate ang salary kc my previous was 16k.

Hi all!! nagwork po ako sa SM Retail as IT Associate way back in May 2011 to Nov 2011. Gusto ko ulit magreapply sa SM as IT Associate ulit. Nagrerehire kaya sila?? Any idea???

hi im just new here sa girl talk. and nakita ko kasi yun usapan nyo about sa sm sa net. actually naghahanap ako sa net ng article or post kung gaano katagal ang hiring process sa sm. im done with 1st and 2nd interview sa hr, done na rin sa online exam, done na rin sa interview sa avp. and they told me to give them 2-3 days to process my paper (di ako sure kung tama yun narinig ko). its been 1 wk already and wala pa ako news narereceived sa kanila. btw it took me 1 month para sa interview sa avp. any advise pls???

Yes medyo matagl kasi madami signatories sa papers mo. But don't assume yet kasi nasa 50% ka pa lang ng process, you also have to pass the medical exam. For me it took 2 1/2 months bago ako nahire pero siguro its because i will be assigned in cavite ( provincial) . I was advised to report again after my interview with the avp mga 10 days siguro after. You can ask them directly if you are considered or not, in that way alam mo agad ang status mo .... Para kung sakali eh hindi naman sayang ang pag iintay mo..

My boyfriend works as a Business Development Officer for WATC (SM Cinemas). Grabe, ang dugo ng requirements and hiring system nila. They're very strict then when it comes to your medical exam. My boyfriend had to take his blood pressure test twice (on different days) sa SM North Edsa (his place of hire is at MOA, and we're from Pque). Medical was also done in QC pa. He also had to work on his permits in Pasay. I think he had 3 interviews before landing the job.

So far he's happy naman with the work. Swerte cause walang uniform, and marami ding perks. Very competitive ang environment and it pays off naman based from what I can see also from other people from SM. Super plus points yan sa resume.

thank you sa advise  actually im planning to give them a call next week. para naman alam ko na gagawin ko at move on na sa sm at tanggapin ko na yun job na offer sa akin ng isa pang company. sobrang torn lang kasi ako ngayon sa dalawa. kay company A kasi di ganun kalakihan ang offer actually hired na ako sa company A tapos na sa requirements at orientation na lang. di na ako umaasa sa sm tapos bigla naman nagtxt for final interview na. honestly until now di ko parin alam gagawin ko.

I still advice you to give it a try. I was with Watsons before ang resigned when i gave birth, i applied to another company and i felt the difference on how sm handles their employees. Now im back at sm dept. store. I have no regrets quitting at Abenson by the way what position are u applying for?

i hope na when i give them a call ay may ans. na sa mga tanong ko ang hirap kasi nag iisip ka ng hindi mo alam yun outcome. yun una sabi nila for customer service supervisor/manager but when i had had my interview sa avp for selling department supervisor/manager na.

Please help me find the uniform of SM na nakita ko somewhere. Baka familiar sainyo lalo na dun sa mga nagwork sa SM.. I have been searching for it pero di ko makita.. sana matulungan niyo ako!

Saang department/section ng SM yung may uniform na dark blue vertically stripe slacks and blouse with matching pink scarf na stripes din? Thanks po sa mga makakatulong!

i alreadt called the hr to follow up my application status and she told me that i have a positive feedback from the avp which is my last interview. so she told me na pina process na yun papers and hopefully within this week or next week they'll give me a call. i told the news to my girl friends and they were not sure king good news yun. so my question is should i assume na okay na ako sa sm at wait na lang sa call nila kung kelan ang requirements?? thnx

yes of course ang mga hindi nag uuniform sa SM ay yung mga senior managers and executives lang po

i hope so. its already been 3 months and i am still waiting for my papers. 2wks ago the recruitment officer called me just to informed me that my papers are almost ready but they are still waiting for some papers to be signed. they told me that they are following up my papers so that they can already offer me a job. ang tagal nga talaga ng process nila and i am thinking na wag na antayin sm at hanap na ng iba. hihih thnx jhoan for answering all my questions

accounting asst. deals with the paperworks-yung mga budget/expenses ng branch would be processed in this department  and treasury asst. is handling money.-usually sila yung nag didisbursed ng money sa mga cashier and foreign exchange...

naka 2 interviews na ko sa SM Advantage, may 2 pa daw. last 2 weeks pa yun, hanggang ngaun wala pang tawag. may job offer na ko sa ibang company, parang gusto ko na i-accept.

tanong lang, if matanggap ako sa SM while working for other companies, ok lang po ba yun na mag reresign ako dun tapos go to SM?

I sent an application to SM Tagaytay online pero rejected..wahahahah! i was applying for HR position eh sabi mas may nainterview na daw sila and na hire na fit sa mga gusto nila..di nga ko nabigyan ng chance na mainterview...
