I am just wondering if any of you guys know the salary package for the Marketing Officer position for SM Supermalls?

I applied for the Marketing Officer position for an SM mall in Metro Manila. I already had 2 interviews. The first was with the HR Manager, 2nd was with the Marketing Manager. Then I am waiting for the final interview with the Regional Marketing Head.

I actually forgot to ask this question during the interview with the HR manager. And with the Marketing Manager naman, she did not ask me if I had any questions. Kainis nga eh. hehe.

Please someone help me! hehe.

Hello!

I applied online for Office Assistant position (SM Supermalls - SM Mall of Asia) last week. Last Sunday, I received an e-mail from them saying that they will be reviewing my qualifications against the requirements for that position. They will contact me soon if I am part of their shortlist or if there's an update on my status of my application. Does that mean I will be qualified for that position?

Also, I applied for that position based on their requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Applicants must be willing to work in NCR - SM Mall of Asia.
Previous experience in a similar field is an advantage but not required.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
5 Full-Time position(s) available.

ANY FIELD daw, pero later on I found out somewhere on that site na kailangan daw nila na at least Business Administration/Secretarial/Human Resource Management degree. Ano ba talaga?

Yeah through Jobstreet. Pero yung isang inapplyan ko as Customer Service Assistant sa MOA, they only viewed my resume 2x. Wala pa ding progress. :|

Mga sis, baka naman po may makakasagot ng mga tanong ko dito regarding Customer Service Post sa SM Mall. Nag apply ako for Customer Service Supervisor post sa SM Novaliches. I got an email from them last August 1 and may initial interview ako sa August 7. Napakadami kong questions at sana po may mabait na tao dito sumagot sakin tungkol sa employment with SM Mall.

QUESTIONS:
1. May uniform po ba ang CS Supervisor? Naka Skirt po ba or naka slacks ang mga supervisor?
2. I read SM's Company Orientation Module and hindi allowed ang may tattoo. Meron ako 3x3 tattoo sa lower right leg ko. Eto ba magiging problem ko sakaling magkaron ng physical examination?
3. Totoo po ba na grabe daw ang medical/ physical exam talagang paghuhubarin ka?
4. I am wearing an eyeglass at medyo mataas ang grade pero willing naman ako magsuot ng contact lens, masasabi kayang 'unfit to work' ako?

Ayoko na po kasi isipin na baka mamaya pumunta ako dun, masayang lang ang oras ko sa dami ng interview tapos kung sakaling makapasa ako, i-medical ako, ibabagsak lang din ako dahil sa tattoo ko. I hope hindi naman ganun kahigpit ang SM pagdating sa physical exam (pero mukhang malabo).

1. yes may uniform po ang CS Supervisor. Gray Blazer and skirt
2. i think yung about sa tatto, nag ha hire naman sila ng may tatto (if declared sa application mo) yun nga lang ang problem is sa lower right leg, which is makikita if magsusuot ka ng uniform which is skirt nga. I never saw someone in our workplace who has a tatto na talagang visible.
3. Nope, optional ang paghuhubad if may hemorrhoid ka they will really ask for your permission if they can check it.
4. As long as you can work properly with your eyeglasses on or with contact lenses they will hire you (with specialist's certification that you are fit to work)

for interview po ako sa monday.
nakita ko po na pagka provincial ang supervisors raw po eh 12k ang salary.
