Kaya Pala sabi sakin nung 2nd Interview ko, tatawagan ako para dun sa mga requirements ko, kaya pala tagal pala ang process sa SM. sa I.T. yung inapplyan ko.

Hi There choco_mint! :-) I just recently was interviewed for the leasing manager position also w/ SM but the position is for one of their provincial Mall. How long has your cousin been working as a leasing manager w/ SM? I never expected the salary you qouted - medjo na short change pala ako sa expected salary portion..hihih ang liit pa la noong hiningi ko..

ok lang daw ba ang work ng isang Leasing Manager? I applied for the marketing position but this was the position they sort of endorsed to me...

Yo superthan, kailan pala yung first interview mo sa SM? Kasi sa I.T. din yung inapplyan kong position at baka magkasabay lang tayo nag apply. If I'm not mistaken march 26 pa yata yung first interview and yung exam ko.

Last month din kuya yung 1st Interview ko, pero wala ako kasabay, dalawa lang kami yung isa accountant yung kasama ko na nag pa interview at exam, saang Branch kaba kuya?

Superthan sa tingin ko sa SM San Lazaro ako maaassign dahil yun yung request kopero kung walang vacant position dun ay sa iba nila akong branch iaassign. Associate IT yung inapplyan kong position. Ikaw anong position sa IT Department ng SM yung inapplyan mo? Sana tawagan na tayo anytime soon.

hi i have been hired as tenant relations officer for a new mall here in our city..i am currently an assistant store manager in jollibee and sm is offering me 5000 pesos higher than my current pay..and i cant decide wether to accept the job or not..i need help

Nasasayo naman po kung i Accept mo sya, pero SM is SM, Jabi is Jabi, madaming pagkakaiba, pero mas malaki yung scope ng work sa SM, that means mas Mag growth kapa as a Assistant Store Manager, kasi mas malaki yung experience na haharapin mo po, yun lang ay para sa akin..

at Buti kapa nga po ok na, pipili ka nalang kung saan, ako nga kung kailan patapos na, Ok na lahat requirements ko, ngayon pa nag ka problem sa school, yung Diploma ko di ma release dahil sa dalawang subject ko na ayaw ma release ng grades, hangang di ko ni rere enroll,..

Meron naba nangyareng ganon sa inyo? Sa tingin nyo papayagan kaya ako kung i fofolow up ko nalang yung Diploma and Transcript ko? , pero i can give them my TOR pero di pa naayos yung problem.

Magstart na ko sa May 23. Sa ngayon di ko pa alam kung saang branch ako maaassign kasi io-orient muna kami sa Head Office sa first day namin tapos dun na namin malalaman kung saang branch kami maaassign. Nakuha ko na din yung uniform ko ngayon, medyo malaki kaya ipapaalter ko pa haha

HI! newbie here. Nakita ko lang tong post na to sa pinoy exchange. Tanong ko lang po kung anung ginagawa sa departmental interview? meron po kasi ako bukas. So far sa mga nababasa ko 4-5 interviews po bago k matanggap. Sa IT Department po in-applyan ko. Magkano po entry level na sahod nila? Salamat po in advance.

ang gusto ko lang sa SM ay ito: Free Parking unlike with other malls...maniningil at maniningil sila..

why pay for the services that are supposed to be free? we are customers, anyway

sa sm investment po. Kaso po sabi sakin sa admin staff daw ako lalagay kung sakali. Sabi ko ok lang sakin since ang hanap ko lang naman sa ngayon experience.

Kamusta po kayo? [textspeak!] yung mga I.T. Dyan? ako din i applied I.T. Officer,

1st interview ko 1st week ng April sa SM Clark,
2nd interview ko 2nd week ng May sa MOA naman,
tapos Medical May din after 2 days Physical Exam naman,
tapos pinatapos na requirements ko, sinend ko na sa kanila.

Tapos nagtxt kanina, Our Targer for Deployment is on June 13.

Meron paba ako dadaanan pa after neto? Huhu, Sana wala na, pero kung meron, tyaga tyaga lang dba mga buddy? hehe . Goodluck sa ating lahat

almost 3 years na sha with SM..she's a senior manager by the way. hindi uniform ang salaries nila, it depends on your credentials.

hhsss, very informative..

di pla ako nag iisa, mtgal po pla talaga bago mlaman result if hired na. its been morethan a month n after ng final interview q pero until now wala pa din call from HR, when i follow up kc sabi nila they call me for medical test once they recived the aproval for hiring.. i feel like bitter na, kc yung iba same ng branch na inplyan ko for requiremnts na, huhu. meron po bang hiring process n hindi ddaan sa main/MOA interview ??

im patiently waiting p din..
