i lost about [textspeak!] 5lbs but idk for sure how many months LOL. i take 30ml morning and night. masarap sya  ;)

Somebody gave us a box of green barley made in japan. Yung nanay ko pag umiinom sumasaki ang tyan tapos parag nanghihina. Naninibago lang kaya sya?

sa mga post nyo mga sis para nga convincing ang green barley ah.. panu ba ang dosage ng pag inom nito nakakita kase ako nito sa generics pharmacy.. parang 2hund plus ata ang isang bottle.

update:

after ko maconsume yung 7 bottles ko ng green barley, every day na ako nag pupupo and feeling ko (baka feeling ko lang) lumiit yung hemo ko. hindi rin ako hirap sa pagdumi unlike before.

once a day na lang ako mag take ng GB, every morning nalang and same effect parin.

If effective ito sa weight loss, i might drink 1 bottle a day ulit. hehe.

Binentahan ako nito sabi kasi healthy benefits nga raw ito, pero gusto ko rin malaman kung ok ba ito for weight loss?

nakabili din ako ng Green Barley. nagreresearch pa lang ako if this is really good. 2 tbsp lang pala per day. ganun din ba ang dosage nyo?

regular dosage for adult is 2tbsp, you can increase the dosage as needed if necessary or if masama ang pakiramdam.

for babies 1 drop lang ng barley

been drinking this too for a week now..di ko pa alam kung ano effect. Will just continue on drinking for health reason na din.

Reactions from the product varies for each people. Tama yan just continue drinking in the long run makikita mo rin effect. If you want to see a noticeable effect increase your dosage.

I used to take 2tbsp a  day but now I take 4tbsp a day. Last sunday I got red bumps from insect bites... I notice that since I increase my dosage to 4 tbsp my body's time it took to heal itself became faster. Now its Tuesday and I notice that some bumps became flat, smaller and less inflamed while some appear like 'peklat'. I just need to apply whitening cream to help lighten the marks. :)

yes barley is also good for weight lost because it helps lessen your food cravings. Here are some testimonies I saw over the internet relating to weight loss.

Peoples reaction toward barley differs kaya i believe naninibago lang siya. From personal experience, nagka sinat ako noong unang beses ako uminom ng barley. This just indicates that the body is adjusting to the product that you introduce to your body. Yun iba kakilala ko, lumalabas ang mga dati nilang sakit after drinking barley. My uncle a speaker of Green Barley seminar in health wealth said this reaction is a normal process of healing.

bumili mom ko ng isang box last week lang kaya naging member sya, gusto nya kasi i-try sa papa ko na ngkamild stroke dati tapos kumikirat-kirat yung left eye. di nagagamot ng mga doktor, nagpa-acupuncture na rin yun. papa-try din namin sa tita ko na may hika kasi andami naman nagtetestify na effective talaga. ako i tried it the other day kasi uncomfortable talaga yung sakit na napi-feel ko lately pag may period ako. continue ko pag-inom sana next period maramdaman ko yung effect. pero ang napansin ko ansarap ng tulog ko hehe :)

Hi sis, ang alam ko pag payat ka di mo naman mararamdaman na nawawalan ng appetite.. from my experience ang nararamdaman ko parang bumibilis ang metabolism ko thus napapakain ako. from what I know ang nawawalan ng gana kumain are the one's who are heavy in weight. Try ka muna ng 1 bottle then saka mo i assess kung ano effect sa katawan mo

i think green barley can increase or decrease weight, depending on the quantity and frequency of intake.

for weight loss, i think it should be taken before meals.

^hi sis! may marker dun sis na hanggang dun lang dapat lagay mo ng tubig, if still unsure, ask mo po yung pinagbilhan mo kasi dapat alam din nila and na-inform kayo kung hanggang san lang water. dati kc nun, pinuno ko talaga, sayang kc and mahal for me, ayun, umiba lasa mejo tumabang, unlike nung nainform na ko kung hanggang san lang water, ok na lasa and naging effective. :)
