We had our honeymoon in Maldives last May 2014. I definitely recommend Filitheyo island resort. Ang ganda nya! We stayed at water villa. Sulit naman kahit expensive siya. Sa umaga may school of fish sa ilalim ng villa namin. Worth it din yung pagsakay sa Seaplane. Makikita mo yung mga atolls.

Naloka ako nung nag-offer ang CEB ng Maldives thru TigerAir! TIP: Sobrang mahal pag via Cebu Pac, try niyo mag-book TigerAir, mas mura, tapos meron nang food! Hehe.

Nakakita ako ng RT tickets for advanced booking, 25k for 1 person! Kaloka! Sa Cebu Pac, 40+k. Kaso di ko binook pa kasi wala naman akong perang babaunin. Haha.

Dream ko talaga makapunta nang Maldives.

I forgot to update our Maldives experience last July. We booked Kurumba maldives. I can say the beach is superb. We booked the private villa with jacuzzi, so beach front. Its really amazing. The service on Kurumba was amazing as well. The staff were nice and the rooms are well maintained. It was our birthday so may surprise set up sila sa room namin and complimentary cake for both of us (me and bf). Ang hinde ko lang type yung mga excursion nila, hinde ganun ka fun. oh well im kinda expecting like Honda Bay tours. Mahal din ang food which is hinde naman ganun kasarap. Overall its a worth it experience, pero di ko pa din pag papalit ang Palawan dyan sa atin. Maybe we will come back pero not too soon

I just want to know, do the island resorts offer alcoholic drinks, esp. beer? Were you able to drink at all? Eto talaga unang question ko kasi manginginom kami ng fiance ko (haha) and it will not be a solid honeymoon for us if we won't even get to drink.

^ Yes, private resorts sell alcohol. We were able to enjoy a pitcher of San Miguel beer at Fihalhohi. Mga alas tres pa yun ng hapon haha. Ang aga ng inuman namin.

^ Yes, meron naman, pero we preferred beer hehe. Maraming options ng alcohol sa pinuntahan namin, by the glass, pitcher or bottle. The resort we went to was pretty basic so I'm sure fancier resorts have better options.

Anyway, sa inhabited islands lang naman bawal ang alcohol.

We're here for our honeymoon. We chose Veligandu Resort. Arrived via sea plane. It's worth it. 5D4N on water villa with jacuzzi.

It's better than what you see in the photos. Its really heaven on earth

Sand is comparable to Station 1 Boracay but cleaner. Water is crystal clear, its almost blinding to look when the sun is out.

Subscribing. Will be going for our anniversary this June. So excited! Although we haven't booked anything yet. I was going to book the airfare the other night but realized both our passports will expire soon! I am praying Tiger will go on sale soon. Mock booked for 2 almost 32k kasi.

Looking for the best resort. Super duper dami kasi ng choices and all so nice (pricey din!).

Question: Conrad lang ba resort na may underwater resto?

Wiw after 4mos of research nakapagbook na din sa wakas! Meeru it is. Mas masaya sana kung di ako naubusan ng rooms sa Kuramathi tagal kasi magdecide. Anyway second option ko naman si Meeru tapos over water bungalow pa kaya keriboom na. Around 90k php for 5d4n including transfers saka fullboard meals for 2 (airfare not included --9k php per pax via tiger air)

Hello sis. Ask ko lang when ka nakabook sa Tiger? When kaya usually sale nila? Kasi our travel date will be this June. Should I wait for promo fares or go ahead and book na pero 32k roughly ang total
