^ sis sa singapore alam ko may usana rin dyan. actually mas mura nga dyan kesa dito.

^^I use essentials once a day kasi nga mahal sya plus i take vit c (yung non acidic) pero if money is not an issue i would take essentials 4x a day. kasi kung once a day nga helps me in my over all health what more kung 4x a day ko pa sya itetake. the effect i noticed is hindi ako mabilis magkasakit dati halos every month nagkakasakit ako ngayon siguro once every 3 months na lang plus mas mabilis ako makarecover sa sakit.

Biomega is really good but there are other good products out there like squalene etc.  I suggest to stick with essentials then take other supplements that you want. pero syempre biomega is really good.

According kasi sa site ng Usana,  Essentials should be taken 4x a day; Hepasil 3x a day; Proflavanol-C 2x-4x a day etc. So yung nasa site nila is recommended usage for a bottle is 1 month lang talaga or 28days to be exact.

For those using it pero di sinusunod yung advised dosage (i.e. take essentials for 3 months/bottle), why? Para makatipid po ba? Do you still see the effect regardless? Or is it because you think the required dosage is too much?

I was thinking kasi of replacing my supplements and oral gluta.

And lastly, for those taking the BiOmega(fish oil), would you still suggest na I take this or okay lang na ibang brands of fish oil if I will be taking naman the Essentials etc.? Is it worth it(BiOmega)?

Nagtake din ako dati ng essentials.. I didn't motice anything sa skin like what some state here. Pero masarap tulog ko and hindi ako inaatake ng hika.. Bihira din magkasakit.. Natigil na lang kasi wala na ako budget lol..

At that time nakuha ko ng 1900 pesos yung essentials ko kasi yung seller inuubos niya yung stocks niya at magrerestock ulit..

Now that i feel so stressed and haggard gusto ko sana ulit itry naghahanap ako ng seller na nagaccept ng credit card payment.. Try ko din siguro yung proflavanol.

Diba may trial pack ang essentials?

ako 1 pair ng essentials per day & 1 proflavanol- C, before 2 regular proflavanol (the cheaper one) per day.
tinry ko this time ang proflavanol C but it's going to be so expensive na kung 2 tabs per day siya, hinde na keri ng budget ko.
ang mahal nitong proflavanol-C! parang mas mahal pa sa essentials kasi pair naman ang essentials eh.

i might go back to regular proflavanol or iccombo ko na lang tong Prof c with GNC vit c with rosehips.


i don't know kung nagsasayang lang ba ako since i don't really follow the recommended dosage. hinde ko naman din kasi kaya yung 3xper day sasakit na sikmura ko.

28 days cycle yan kasi ang sinusunod sa pharmacy. The number of tablets in a bottle divided by 28 yan ang optimum dosage. Optimum dosage divided by 2 yan ang minimum dosage. We recommend at least minimum dosage for people who want to maintain their health. Optimum dosage for people na may severe conditions.

Kaya kung healthy ka naman 2x essentials a day would suffice.

^ah okay. so that explains it. kasi yung "minumum dosage" din yung nakalagay sa bottle pero sa site ng Usana yung "maximum dosage". Anyway, thanks!

Nung first day i took it at 4x a day. Grabe nahilo ako and vomitted after lunch tapos I feel very sleepy. Parang na-shock yung body ko hehe. So nag-rest lang ako for 3 days hindi ko sya iniinom. After that, I take it twice a day in the morning and in evening after meals. Okay na hindi na ko nahilo or anything. Essentials lang yun and proflavanol-C. Now isasama ko na ulit my Vit C. Hopefully this will wok for me.

i friend offered this to me. 2 meds. antioxidant and yung chelated something na vitamins. 112 tabs a bottle. sabay iinumin 2x a day lang. e ayoko talaga ng may mga gamot na iniinom na kung ano ano.. so isip ko pa kung ok ba to?

gusto ko lang naman maging hindi sakitin.. hehe pwede na kaya ako sa enervon C na lang? hehe

^i suggest maam try mo enervon for 30 days then give it 2 weeks to feel kung may nag improve ba. then also try essentials at least once a day also for 30 days kung namamahalan ka. then give it 2 weeks to feel. parang experiment hehe

pero kung enervon C. i suggest mag take ka na lang ng Fren C or Mega Veggie C twice a day. One tablet is 7.50 yata.  IMO, its much better kesa enervon C. tapos kain ka na lang ng healthy foods.

Vitamin C is a good antioxidant.  Actually it's the mother of all vitamins.  kaya lang naman tayo nagmumultivitamins these days dahil sa lifestyle natin (fastfood, fried foods, junk joods) dagdagan mo pa ng lack of sleep due to work, gimmicks, etc plus stress.  I've read that all animals are capable of producing their own Vitamin C in their bodies.  Pero humans cannot produce its own vitamin C.  So I think Vitamin C is really essential to life.  If it comes to it na limited ang choice go for a good quality Vit C supplement.

Hi sis! Usually 5lbs per week. Sabayan mo ng essentials. Kakatapos ko lang last week. Effective naman. Palitan mo un 3x meals daily ng Nutrimeal tapos eat ka din fruits and veggies in between
