hi mga sis. tanung ko lang how long will it take bago mag effect yung whitening ng usana? i tried kasi yung "the essentials", 20 days ko syang tinake pero mukhang hindi ata effective sakin yung whitening    how long should i take it ba?

^ didn't know nakakaputi pala essentials?  Ngayon ko lang narinig yun ah.. I am taking Essentials for improved health. So far I am liking the effects on me.. Clearer skin (doesn't mean white), better sleep, more energy and much improved bowel movement.

I tried Usana two weeks ago, i tried the nutrimeal with essentials and proflavanol, all i can say is that it is so delicious, hindi yung tipong sapilitan ang pag take, kase masarap naman talaga sya. As for the essentials, it improves sleep talaga and minsan kahit konting oras lang ang tulog ko, parang sulit na sulit din, it is actually one of the reasons kung bakit ako nag essentials, kasi I am on graveyard shift sa work.. so happy with the result

yes sis... dapat may magpasok sa iyo (hanap hanap ka lang diyan, for sure may gustong magpasok sa iyo)... 

USANA sis ko though lie low na lang muna siya kasi focus muna siya ngayon sa studies niya. Though bumibili pa rin ng mga products nila.

And maganda talaga ang products ng USANA.  Kahit lie low na kapatid ko, USANA users pa rin kami dito sa house.

okay po talaga yang USANA... yun nga lang medyo ang ayaw ko lang diyan pag nagmember na eh yung almost 7k ba na shell out for the products per month...Yung autoship nilang tinatawag. Though ayos lang naman yun kung talagang mabebenta lahat in a month.

Got my usana essentials.. I started taking it kagabi lang. I think my body is in the healing process kasi sobrang antok ko paggising.. Are you supposed to take it twice a day? Kasi may mga nababasa ko dito na kahit once a day lang nakukuha pa rin nila yung magandang effects.. Tipid mode ang lola niyo at may kamahalan siya

^sis snix yun kasi ang recommended 2 pairs a day po. Pag hectic ang day mo and you need loads of energy mag twice ka. One pair a day rin ako para tipid. Hehe

Been taking USANA products for almost 6 months na and super love the effect! Im not into vitamins before pero super nakakadik yung products nila kasi bukod sa pinapaganda nya health condition mo, side effect nya is nakakaganda. Food for the cells kasi talaga sya 

Im taking essentials, hepasil and proflavanol C (my favourite) though maputi naman na na ko noon, iba daw yung glow ko ngayon sabi ng officemates and friends ko

hi i'm about to try usana too to get preggy. what prods are you taking? they are recommending biomega, essentials, coq-something....i'm also interested in their skin care... just bought the toner...any feedback about usana skincare prods?
