pwede po sa nagpapabreast feed ang usana and proflavanol but it's always best to consult your pedia and OB. my wife took it when she was breastfeeding.

Ang optimal dosage for usana essentials is 4 times a day (chelated mineral and antioxidant) but if you do not have an active lifestyle. twice a day is okay (that's how i take it). some of my friends take it once a day.

for proflavanol, phase out na sya, pinalitan sya ng higher dosage na proflavanol c 100. the new ones can be taken once a day.

Mag i start p lang ako mag take nang essentials. Dapat ba sabay i take yung chelated minerals at mega antioxidant? Balak ko kasi chelated minerals sa umaga tapos yung anti oxidant sa gabi.

@pret_ty68 Sabay sila sis, chelated and anti oxidant with meal, im taking these too.  It works for me. I like it kasi it's complete. I order thru a friend, im not a member medyo pricey but worth it naman.

I think this product is good, daming great reviews... turn off lang ako sa mga others na nagbebenta. Minsan alam mong friendy lang just coz they want to get you under their team. I want to try Hepasil.

Hi sis! Yes, dami din distributors ang naghahard sell. Kaya nakakainis minsan, but it's good that you eant to try hepasil. Im a user of hepasil din and i can say na sulit naman ang binayad ko i also take proflavanol, essentials and coquinone. Ikaw? Ano tinetake mo?

^Hi sis essentials is the multivitamins, mineral and antioxidant product of usana. ito yung basic na product that's recommended to be taken regularly.

proflavanol and coquinone are called optimizers. They are taken together with essentials to improve specific areas of your body.  Proflavanol is grape seed extract plus ascorbate (alkaline version of vitamin c) for improvement of cardiovascular and immune system. sabi nila nakakaganda din daw ng skin.

Coquinone is also for the cardiovascular.  but the purpose is to provide an energy boost like your younger days. famous athletes use this product for extra energy and endurance. there are also studies that show coquinone helps battle cancer.

gamit namin dito dati yung gold cap nila.. ok naman.. ang ganda sa pakiramdam.. yun lang medyo expensive talaga.. hahaha.. pero ngayon yung facial products nila ang regular kong gamit.. ganda.. dun lang nahiyang yung mga pimples ko..

Was at Starbucks earlier and saw the "friend" who was trying or is still planning to "sell" the program to us. Using all the numbers to convince people to sign up... I hurried out from SB to avoid him lol, good thing he was busy talking to a group of people, Im sure he was "recruiting"

Also, I had an afterthought, if the doctor sells the products and he himself is a member of the group, the wouldn't there be conflict of interests?

my 2 cents... well belo sells her own beauty products and nobody complains about a conflict of interest in there.  while there are some doctors who are all about profit there are doctors too who would take your interest into place. they wouldn't risk their 8 years of sacrifice in studying medicine just for networking would they?  If we remove all other things, usana is a great product supported by third party research and through testimonials from all walks of life. i agree that it gets expensive due to its mlm strategy. i also wished that a great product like this should be made more available to people by lowering its cost but the founder believed that the product should be known to people from mouth to mouth and so we either buy it or not.

^that's the thing sis, its a GREAT brand, no need for them to market using the numbers to convince people. It's so misleading... they make it sound like it's the solution to this world's problem, like it's so easy for someone to cash out 30-40k, recruit others and sell.
