honestly laki ng improvement sa skin niya..i'm just not sure if it's really because of USANA..but i guess..yun nga..kasi yun lang naman ti-nake niya religiously, she was able to finish 3 sets already.

I've tried taking it also..i did'nt see any drastic effect..maybe because hindi ako ganun ka faithfull sa pag inom.

im taking megaantioxidant, chelated minerals, proflavol and sometimes the CoQ pa. my initial intake for 2 weeks parang occasional dizziness, i guess my system is adjusting...for the pass 5 months i seldom get sick, my skin is ok...

sis you should take it religiously para maramdaman mo un effect niya. maganda sa akin kasi un migraine ko na sumusumpong once a week now wala na. hiyang sa akin sis maraming benefits akong nakukuha.

Hi, i've tried USANA nutrimeal. It's effective since I was able to lose 2kilos in 5days, though I didn't stick to their diet regimen. Oh well, ideally, you'll drink this as a meal replacement so that means it has to be taken for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But what I did, I still ate my lunch and had some junkfoods on the side.haha. Anyway, what's nice about it is that I didn't feel hungry at all and no cravings after dinner. I'm used to taking midnight snacks kasi but when I was drinking Nutrimeal, i feel satiated already. =)

Hi sis, mahal talaga kapag tingi bibilhin kasi they will charge you based on the srp. For Usana Essentials, that's 3190 (for 224 tabs) so 14.24 per tab.

I suggest you buy by bulk na lang.. like per bottle so you'll get discounts, that is if user ka na talaga nung product. Laki tipid talaga.
