I signed up na for the Brahma Kumaris Tagaytay retreat this Holy Thursday - Black Saturday. The theme says "Forgive and forget. Is it possible? Forgiving is not really for anyone else. It is for giving myself the chance to see and discover what is true, good, and beautiful in myself. Then I discover what is true, good, and beautiful in everyone else, and  in everything." Hope its going to be a fruitful experience.

^2400 po yung 2 days and 2 nights, which is very minimal kasi it only covers for the basic food expenses and for the maintenance of their facilities. for their live-out sessions, donation lang talaga. as of now, wala pa ako alam na schedule for overnight lang.

^hi sis. gusto ko na din. sobrang depress ako eh. gusto ko ng peace of mind. nagtext na ako sa kanila, fully booked na daw sila ng next 2weeks. how was it?

^the retreat was very relaxing and enlightening, lalo na yung theme that i attended was about forgiving and letting go. meditation, positive thoughts, power of the mind, happiness, love, karma, and spirituality were some of the concepts discussed. activities included meditation sessions, morning walks, individual seatworks, and a group discussion for the culminating activity.

non-airconditioned rooms, 3 pax shared in a room (individual beds of course). we were not allowed to bring in any food bought outside, so those who do not eat veggies are forced to go vegan. i didn't mind kasi i eat veggie naman. the food tasted great! CLAYGO should be practiced in the dining area. we had:
Thursday PM Snack - Freshly Baked Empanada, Mint Tea, Pandan Tea
Thursday Dinner – Oyster Mushroom Soup, Deep Fried Oyster Mushroom, Baked Potato with Veggies
Friday Breakfast - Misua, Malunggay Siopao, Star Apple, Banana

Friday Lunch – Soup, Afritada
Friday PM Snack - Kakanin, Buko Juice
Friday Dinner - Tofu Steak, Tinola, Ube
Saturday Breakfast - Pansit, Freshly Baked Pandesal, Banana

Saturday Lunch - Kare-Kare, Barbeque, Buko Meat Steak, Watermelon

they have free sessions on April 23 (Makati) and April 24 (Gateway Mall). you might be interested to join. these events are free, but since a few hours lang siya, i'm not sure kung meron food na kasama.

I also plan to go to a retreat. I would love to join a group. I need it badly given that there will be major changes in my life by end of month. I am hoping I could attend a retreat before I venture on a fresh start. Any suggestions hopefully within the first 2 weeks of May?
