cinema secrets is a must-have for those with dark undereye circles. it's the only product i've used that can successfully cover mine, and my dark circles are very bad :p
i use one shade darker than my actual skintone.

i'm just not sure if this can cover blemishes/pimple marks, i think it might be too greasy for that.

to those comparing it to VOV, they're definitely not the same! VOV's texture is too thin. it makes my undereyes appear dry and it creases a lot.

Im thinking of buying din a concealer. kaso you said 1 shade darker than your skintone? D ba dapat 1 shade lighter? confuse tuloy na ako :D

^^ pag one shade lighter kasi, halata eh, especially when you take pictures with flash. so better if it's the same shade as your skintone or slightly darker.

different kasi kung pang-saan purpose ang concealer...

IF FOR UNDEREYE : should be one shade lighter (pag sobrang dark underete circles mo or can be same shade rin...better to test it talaga sa counter)

IF FOR BLEMISH MARKS : should be the same as your skin tone otherwise lalo siyang noticeable. Your goal here is para hindi mag-appear na puro dots yung face mo pag  noticeable yung concealer mo.

In my case, I got the same shade ng skin tone ko. For me, it works for both undereye and blemish marks. Ganda nga ng blending. Kaya ko napansin na maganda pagkaka-blend ko kasi I keep staring at the mirror tapo sabi ko, ano ba gumanda, yung skin ko, yung gising ko or yung pagkakalagay ko ng concealer sa undereye..kasi mukhang fresh na fresh ang mukha ko...that i know tama yung shade and application mo. Yey!

^sis, iba iba kasi sa ibang tao...what might work for you may not work for the others. Works perfectly for me...Swerte pala ako kasi yung pang-conceal ko sa undereye and some blemish marks are of the same shade..

On the contrary, I received a lot of compliments wearing the CS concealer and foundie..as in I looked very refreshed and glowing daw...sabi nila, ano daw naiba sa makeup ko? sabi ko wala...sinipag lang akong magconcealer complete with concealer brush pa yan...LOL

i take back my rave on Cinema Secrets Dual Active Foundation. It has poor staying power, it tends to get darker on my skin ( which doesnt happen on other foundation/powder) Oily din yung face ko after a short while.Haaay im so sad talaga now im back to BRTC bb cream and Pigeon press powder combo.

^ as for the concealing power, you wont be disappointed kaya you have to find lang your match sa shade. :) or pwede rin siguro burahin mo yung concealer sa portion na may blemish, then dun ka magtest. :)

theres no other way naman to find out if youre hiyang sa isang product unless you test it talaga.. we cant rely naman on feedbacks of other users alone coz what works for one, may not work for you.. kaya better to test it mismo.
