mga sis... help naman.. Im about to open a store in R F C mall laspinas. Humihingi na ng downpayment and advance... pansin ko lang madaming sarado dito so baka lugi mga tindahan. sa 2nd flr pa ako ilalagay.. toys and business ko. mukhang mga students lang kasi na tumatambay (college) na class C. mga toys ko more on mga high end and collectors... 20 sq meters ito. Mga bagong store sa second flor are the ecigar and dalawang damit na tindahan...

Based sa info mo, sis: class c na students, your items being high end, hindi match ang product sa market ng mall.  If i were you, i would continue scouting for the right location or else, baka malugi ka lang.  Very very impt pa naman location.  Dapat sa yo, place where parents/families frequent na at least class b ( kung di naman super hi-end ha).  Just my thoughts

Salamat sis... re assessing the space... may iba din ako kinoconsider na space na daanan ng tao... another question, how do you handle inventory and avoiding stock theft from employees? Wala pa kasi akong system katulad ng mga SM stores na may cashier and security na tumutunog kapag nilabas ang item...

sa retail items like toys sis list inventory bagay dyan. lista mo lang lahat ng stock, better kung nakagroup accg sa type of toy. lista mo din yung selling prices nila.

yung tindera mo should list naman lahat ng nabenta for the day. then make it a point to balance yung list mo at list na galing sa tindera. dapat din yung list ng tindera balance sa pera na bjnigay or dineposit nya. any discrepancy normally charge kay tindera yun para din maging maingat sila sa pagbantay ng items. hth

Mga sis, gusto ko din mag participate sa mga Tiangge/Bazaar sa malls especially during weekends and special occasions. Di ba usually hindi directly sa mall ang rent ng mga ganun at per day ang rental. Plan ko tawagan yung leasing department ng mga malls dito sa province para mag inquire kung may mga ganung arrangments sila.

newbie here..mga sis may idea ba kayo homwuch ang rent sa greenhills tyangge? ive been joining bazaars since lastyear and like ko sana magtry ng permanent na pwesto sa greenhills kasi parang pag bazaar halos same din ang rent ng 1 month sa mga mall. TIA! =)

may idea ba kayo how much ang rent ng stall sa market market. di ba may section sila dun na parang bazaar style.

no cut ng organizer ang sales mo... you only pay yung per day rental.. mataas lang ang upa kaso hindi mo rin ma feel kasi everyday or other day sila naniningil. plus 150 / day ng tindera.. wala pang sss o philhealth sa tao.. but i give bonus at the end of the yr. and incentives if mataas ang benta...SO far ok yung business ko dalaw dalaw lang sa area and inventory...

hello.. usually yung mga itinatayong mall, may office na yan sa gilid... kasi marami na rin inquiries.. so nagsesetup na rin ng office ang leasing dept dun sa location kahit di pa tapos ang mall...

Nice good luck, sis!  Ano kaya ok food stall sa puregold?  Options ko are hk noodles, fries or mongolian.  Napansin ko kasi kas malakas mga rice meals dun sa pg na inooffer sa kin like sisig hooray and rice in a box.  Ok sana hk noodles kaso yun yung nagclose kaya nagkaavailable na space.  Mongolian ok sana kaso medyo masa ang PG...fries kaya?
