re: robinsons, my MIL used to own a store there (day care center) and she told me na they are required to renovate every so often (2 years yata).  renovation would normally cost around 1M and parang sa ngayon, hirap na bawiin kasi hindi na ganun kadami tao sa galleria.  so, they just opted to close it na lang...

hi there!

just want to inquire kasi 2 weeks ago, we received a call from SM Supermalls asking for a meeting. Di naman nila sinabi kung [textspeak!] yun, pinacancel namin kasi nasa province kami that time. yesterday, tumawag ulit sila asking for a meeting ulit. sa palagay nyo, this is regarding possible mall space rental proposal? wala naman kaming sinubmit na proposal letter/application form for space rental. btw, nakita nung taga SM yung business namin nung nagexhibit kami sa bridal fair nung May sa SMX.

usually ba pag nagaaply ng space rental, yung companies ba mismo nagaaply or by invitation? if ever na mall space rental, ano yung procedures?

wala kaming idea kung yung meeting eh tungkol sa mall space rental or sa iba. nakadalawang tawag na sila and sayang naman kung di namin subukang puntahan.

baka you can ask first what the agenda of the meeting is about?  para hindi naman sayang ang effort and time nyo if ever.

@funky f: ang problem kasi, di nila sinabi yung agenda ng meeting. although binanggit lang kung saan yung meeting place...sa SM Corporate Office mismo. May point ka dyan sis, sayang naman ang effort and time kung di ok ang meeting di ba? pero thankful kami at nagkakaroon ng opportunity ang business.

just an update sa previous post ko.

tumawag si hubby kanina sa SM asking kung ano yung magiging agenda ng meeting sa kanila...talagang confidential daw talaga yung topic, so ginawa na lang ni hubby, nagrequest sya ng email address para mainquire namin sa kanya (yung manager) yung concerns.

Nung bumisita ako sa website ng SM SUpermalls, nagulat ako na we think iniinvite kami maging tenant sa mall nila (under kiosk, etc.) Nakita kasi namin yung email address nya sa website.

Ask ko lang may idea kayo how much ang rental ng mga kiosk/small spaces? Malaki kaya ang balik kung sakaling itry namin ito?

Sa mga nagkiosk, how much ang budget including yung mismong kiosk design, sweldo ng tao, etc.?

Gusto lang namin magkaidea kung how much if ever ang magagastos if ever we decide na magmall.

isa pang reason, sobrang mahal, for a 5sqm stall, 35k + utilities, 2 years contract. kaloka

question mga sis. i dunno if this is the right thread but since regarding mall space rental din naman yun tanong ko, dito ko na ask. pano ka magiinquire about renting a mall space kung under construction pa lang yung mall? i mean , shempre kahit ginagawa pa lang sya, may mga reservations na ng pwesto and unahan pa nga sa pwesto. so san ba pwede maginquire? tia!

Sis we did that before sa Marquee and metro gaisano in  angeles. Under construction sya nung nagapply kami ng space. What we did nagwalkin lang kami dun sa construction site and asked mga pipol dun kung san yung  admin office/leasing dept. May itinuro sila small door, dun daw pinaka office.then we submitted na yung app.

sayang yun sis. parang interested ako to partner with you. pero parang ang liit naman ata ng space for that much rental fee.

i have friends who's rent a space in a mall and what they're doing is open their space sa mga nagco-consign ng items kaya wala silang capital for items. yung renta lang talaga and manpower ang gastos nila. so far, they're doing really good. i think may monthly fee pa sila na sinisingil sa mga nagpapaconsign aside sa percentage sa sales na nakukurba nila. laki ng kita nila.

I like this thread kasi I'm also looking for another space to lease.

I currently have a store sa Sta.Lucia Mall (Cainta, Rizal)
11.4K per month, 1 month deposit, 6 months contract parang mini stores yung itsura 2x3 yung size (hindi cya tiangee-type stall kasi may roll ups pa). Sa 8 months na tinagal ko dito I can say for sure kayang kaya yung 11K na rent. walang araw na malulugi ka.

Then I also tried St. Francis Square. Dapat pala pinagaralan ko muna yung market dito and yung prices and itsura ng mga tiangge dito. Because bagsak presyo yung mga stores dito. Kung sa sta. Lucia 2-3x ang patong sa puhunan nung item. e dito parang 1.5 lang patong nila. tapos yung rent is 20K (off peak season) then 25K (peak season) for every 27 days. talaga talo ako dito. mas mataas pa benta ko sa sta.lucia per day compared here not to mention yung patong ko sa items sa st francis lower kesa sa sta.lucia.

yung sa riverbanks ilog naman I was told kelagan may 24 hour person ka na magabantay doon kasi mananakawan ka kahit closed.

mostly from pasig/taytay. like rochelle's dresses and skirt. then blouses. like yung nauso na 3/4s blouse that has ruffled sleeve or yung blouse that has ribbons or flowers pinned to it. 50 puhunan usually and i sell for 150-180. I also buy some from baclaran but not as much kasi mukang common para sakin.
Yung mga katabi ko has mostly those baclaran/divi blouses w/ collar that they sell P250 or the 2 for 150 t-shirts that has random prints. kaya magkakamuka sila

hi, nag inquire ako sa Sleek Avenue ng Rob Manila, yung small store nila would cost 28,980 a month. okay kaya to? they also require 2 months security deposit.
