has anyone of you inquired about stalls in eton centris? sabi mura lang daw eh and maganda naman foot traffic because people coming from the mrt pass by the area.

nakakapagtaka talaga pano sila kumikita pero im sure bawat product they sell either by 200% or 300% ang mark up nila.

yung vente store na lang eh, how much lang puhanan ng bawat item na yun, wala pang 5 pesos yung iba dun.

we have shop at sm clark and it cost P700/sq mtr. and our shop is 67sqm, so it cost almost 47k per month plus (electricity,mall aircon,service etc. so bale and rent namin monthly umaabot din ng 69k.plus 15k yearly pa sa advertising plus 2800 yearly para sa fire insurance..plus monthly tax mo pa sa BIR, strict and mall pagdating sa mga policy.ang average na sales namin monthly is 120k..iless pa namin jan ang 3 saleslady namin na 13k monthly....pacompute na [textspeak!] kung kumikita kami....kaya mahirap din ang negosyo sa mall...haaay buhay negosyante.

diba they also get a percentage of you sales?

Sa tingin ko kung ok ang concept, ROI is always there.  Especially if you put up stalls/stores on malls.

Hipag ko dati nag-lalagay ng booth/stalls as exhibit sa malls.  Sabi nya nakakabenta sila ng 10k to 20k a-day.

Ito ay dahil laging may tao sa mall.  Ang problema ay kaylangan ng napaka-laking capital dahil nga naman sigurado ang kita.

Pero kung gasgas na ang concept mo at marami ka rin lamang kalaban, doon ka muna sa maliit na palengke or tiangge magsimula.

Sa ganito mapag-aaralan mo ang kalakalan.

^sa bagay, may point ka sis. mas maraming tao, mas maraming makakakilala ng product mo. kahit yung napaadaan lang eh napapatingin na din.  haay. how i wish may malaking capital ako para makapagtry. hehe.

share ko lang, weve been renting in robinsons malls, iba iba ang rate nila per mall, like yung stores namin 350-750/sq, for sure [textspeak!] robinsons mall in manila mas mahal.
aside form that you need to pay for utilities, electricity, percentage monthly which can cost you 200/sq pa. they will require you 6mos deposit, construction/cash bonds, and also papagawa pa ng store since sa robinsons they will endorse it bare pa, store improvements will range from 500-2M depending sa design.. ah baka yung mga big stores more than that nagagastos nila

and hindi agad maka ROI especially sa panahon ngayon. If we were to choose, better pa sa tyannge..

hi sis pag cart i think 10-15K depeding kung saan location ng mall, pag sa manila it can go up to 25K, plus percentage rent, i think kapag food mas malaki po ang percentage, sa non food kasi 3%, im not sure if 7% sa food. kawindang noh?

hi mga sis, I just wanna ask kung merong mga cellphone stores na nag-aaccept for rent cellphone accesories, yun kase ang business ko now but it's really hard to find a better place na matao at mabenta. gusto ko sana somewhere in manila or makati..thank you.

yung friend ko nag inquire sa robinson's galleria may franchise kasi siya ng afficionado. sa may ground floor malapit sa foodcourt daw yung pwesto. p15k per month 1year advance 1year deposit hinihingi sa kanya. she didn't push through kasi hindi niya maisip kung paano babawiin yun.

maybe that's why low ang turnover ng mga pwesto sa mall dahil kahit hindi na sila kumikita they cannot leave until ma consume nila yung initial payments nila.

i also read sa entrepreneur mag yung daughter in law ng owner ng kitaro naglagay siya ng tablea cocoa tablets (something like that yung product niya), sa sm ayala and sm manila branch. yung sm ayala niya ok daw but yung sm manila nalulugi siya ng P70k per week dahil walang bumibili. mainly because puro students dun dahil malapit sa university belt.
