That is too bad ms jahjah. ano ang type ng contract mo? limited or unlimited?  alangan nman hindi ka manganak! I work in a constrcution company as well, kahit patapos na ang project, they allowed me to take maternity leave. your company is just making excuses.

unlimited ako sis! yah i know they r just making excuses as well as tinitipid ako sa banefits ko.kung tutuusin, they need me until the hand over of the project ..but when i filed the maternity  leave, they did not grant.

next month pauwi n ako. just hoping for all the best sa baby and new family ko. hay.

...mashallah...naka-full room kayo?...is it advisable ba to bring kids here then work as well?...ang hirap kasi maghanap ng yaya dito, any advise,please? for example husband +wife will work then kuha ng yaya for baby?
