ako naman Autocad ang kinarir ko. pero kung clerical works ang target mo dito, marami ka namang mahahanapan dito for sure. wag ka nga lang mamimili at magdedemand ng mejo mas mataas na sahod. kasi mejo mababa ang offer kapag baguhan lang dito.

hi! anyone here who's currently in the philippines and will be going to dubai/sharjah or even abu dhabi anytime soon? pwede favor. kasi i'm new here in sharjah, one month pa lang, and my face is having really really bad breakouts. i've heard of emu oil at naloka nako kakahanap dito, pati online sites wala talaga. even GNC, mga 3-4 months pa daw sila magkastock. samantalang jan, ang daming resellers sa multiply. please kung meron pwede magpadala? im really desperate na, sa right cheek ko pa lang 6 pimples na. haggard.

we'll be moving pala to qatar by the end of the month, so kung may taga dun, pa-favor na din. heheh.thanks!

Sali na din ako sa discussion. I'm a Civil engg fresh graduate and board passer. One month palang ako in sharjah, but my family and I are moving to Qatar by the end of the month kasi lipat ng work dad ko. I just e-mailed my first cv awhile ago, may nakita ate ko opening for fresh grads sa qatar.

here's my question: saan usually nagsstart ang fresh grads? kasi i've searched online na at sobrang dalang lang talaga ang opening ng project managers/engineer or site engineer for fresh grads. kahit ojt nga wala ako. usually pa, puro QS, QC/[textspeak!] nakikita ko tas at least 3 years experience pa. What to do, my friend? heheh.

Anyone knows what are the requirements to apply for tourist visa to france.. we are planning to avail etihad holidays promo of 4d/3N in Disneyland Paris.. But we have to arrange / apply for visa at our own.. Sabi nila mahirap daw makakuha ng visa papuntang France compared to Italy.. Ok lang ba dummy air ticket booking?? may alam ba kayong makukuhanan ng dummy hotel booking?? Kasi kung kukunin na namin ang promo ng etihad airline, kelangan bayaran na namin agad and non-refundable kahit ma-decline ang visa to france.

Short stay visa 1-90 days

The French Embassy in Abu Dhabi will accept applications from residents of the emirate of Abu Dhabi only.

The Consular Administration has full authority to evaluate and request more documents than those submitted by the applicant. Submitting the following documents, while required, does not guarantee issuance of a visa. Also note that the visa does not in itself grant you the right to enter a French or Schengen territory. It is necessary that you carry with you, at all times, the original documents used to obtain the visa.

If you intend to visit several Schengen countries, you must apply at the consulate of the country that is your main destination meaning the country where you will be staying the most amount of days.

If you intend to visit several Schengen countries but do not have a main destination or will be staying the same amount of time in each of them, you must apply at the Consulate of the country you will enter first.

Please note that all documentation listed below must be submitted in english or french, in original and 1 copy per applicant.

ATTENTION The Visa Section does not make any copies, you must bring your documents and the required copies when you enter.

Documents requested :

    * 1 application form duly completed and signed by the applicant
    * original passport (signed by the holder), and its copy, valid for more than 3 months beyond the validity of the requested visa, with a blank visa page to affix the visa sticker
    * 1 recent passeport-size photographs in colour (3,5 x 4,5cm) taken against a light background with good contrast
    * copy of the residence visa and recent visas (Schengen, american, british…)

Additional documents :

In case of a business trip :

    * Employer’s letter mentioning the reasons and dates of the trip
    * Official invitation from the French company
    * Air ticket or confirmed print out
    * Hotel reservation
    * Medical insurance for Europe that covers illness’ charges for a minimum of 30 000€.

In case of a pleasure trip or tourism :

    * An official up-to-date letter from your employer stating the position held within the company as well as the starting date and mentioning the salary and the dates of holidays
    * Proof of travel : A confirmed return ticket to France or booking fully paid from your travel agent (including itinerary if participating in a tour).
    * A confirmed hotel reservation for the whole of your stay in the Schengen space
    * Bank statement (last 6 months)
    * Medical insurance for Europe that covers illness’ charges for a minimum of 30 000€.

In case of a trip to visit a relative or a friend :

    * An official up-to-date letter from your employer stating the position held within the company as well as the starting date and mentioning the salary and the dates of holidays
    * Proof of travel : A confirmed return ticket to France or confirmed print out
    * Proof of accommodation : « attestation d’accueil » to be obtained by the person you are visiting in France from the local Townhall ("Mairie") or Police Station ("Gendarmerie" or "Commissariat de Police").
    * Bank statement (last 6 months)
    * Medical insurance for Europe that covers illness’ charges for a minimum of 30 000€.

Important : check your files carefully before applying. All the documents presented to the Consulate might be requested by the border Police before entering the Schengen State.

napakalaki ng bin hendi group sis, magandan nman jan sa pagkakarinig ko, kasi nga maraming company sila, and i think magstart ka ng 2500 pataas, oks na sa mga starters and may mga promotions din..try mo magapply.

^babylij - you need a lot of luck and prayers para makahanap ng work sa ngayon sa Dubai, unstable pa rin kasi ang economy, marami pa ring company ang nag reretrench ng workers nila but there are some other companies who are still hiring.  It is advisable na may kamag anak ka rito to support you para makatipid ka man lang sa house rent and food while you are on the hunt for a job.  Sis try mo muna na mag apply dyan sa atin through agency, agency na accredited ng POEA... also refer to pag 1 for more info.... ^sis prettysummer - fastest way is western union, if may Philippine ATM sya na Visa Electron or any ATM na pwedeng mag withdraw sa ibang bansa, that will also do sis, just deposit the money sa maintaining bank nya, another way is through telegraphic transfer but problem with that is that dapat may dollar account ka sa Pinas in able to send telex sa ibang bansa and dapat may bank account din dito sa UAE ang papadalhan mo... hope that helps
