thanks po sa info, mababa lang 2150 dirhams lang po worry ko kasi kaya ko namn siya kitain dito sa call center kasi ako ngayon work and sobrang konti lang ng diffrence ng salary.gutso ko lang kasi mahanp yong partner ko din ng work para magkawork naman siya.sa tingin nyo ba makakaipon pa ako with that salary na binigay nila hindi naman ako magastos  free accomodation and transpo at sabi nila may appraisal naman daw totoo po ba yon. ano po yong ideal na set up sa accomodation ilang tao sa isang room? nung nagpunta ba kau dyan kung sino kasma nyo umalis yon din kasama sa haus? or isasama na kau sa mga dating nandyan na?pls kindly give me info thanx mga sis.

^nope. you will still be liable to pay for your debts. although if you have availed for an insurance when you have taken the card/loan, pwedeng a portion of your debt or minimum payment ng credit card for maximum mga 3 months siguro, pwedeng icover ng insurance. better check with the bank and/or insurance if involuntary loss of job is covered. Usually 3 months ang covered kasi that is enough time for a person to get settled once again by finding a new job.

sis phoebe ok na rin yang salary mo..free naman pala accomodation at transpo eh..gagastusan mo na lang food, load at personal needs mo..kung hindi ka masyado maluho, makakaipon ka from that salary..regarding accomodation, it depends sa company nyo..dati sa accomodation ako nakatira, from 4-6 persons per room..double deck yung bed.

Hi..newbie here..regarding sa contract ng husband ko..kasi nagpunta sya ng dubai last dec 29. as asst. retail manager..ok naman pagdating dun.nasa sales sya..kaso after ilang days, nilipat sya as waiter. di sya pumayag so ginawa syang cook.. ok lang naman sa kanya.. tapos ngayon nalaman nila tinanggalan sila ng OT pay at wala na service charge..more than 8 hours nagwowork ang husband ko..tapos ganun.. di sumunod sa contract yung employer nila...nagkakarashes na sya dun at masakit na daw ang kamay nya na kahit bottled water hirap sya buksan..considered ba breach of contract un?gusto na daw nya kasi umuwi kung hindi din naman pala masusunod yung contract na pinirmahan nya..tatawagan ko pa yung agency nya tomorrow para magpatulong.. at eto pa pala, bumaba din ang tatanggapin nya na sweldo..sya lang ang nalipat ng posisyon na bumaba ang sweldo samantalang yung iba na nilipat ng pwesto, makukuha pa rin nila yung sweldo na pinirmahan nila.. pano po kaya un? nagbayad sya ng placement fee eh tapos di naman nasunod contract nya. tnx po..nagwoworry lang kasi ako..maayos kasi usapan dito tapos bakit ganun pagdating dun...di pa naman nya pinipirmahan yung contract sa dubai kasi nga iba sa pinirmahan nya dito..i-shoulder kaya ng employer yung pamasahe nya pauwi if ever?

since yung old visa mo naman nasa old passport so meaning you still need to attach that old passport together with the your new passport e...

walang problema ya, i have the same case, lahat ng docs ko dito sa uae under pa din sa pangalan ko nung dalaga, no issue naman so far...

hello question po i receive na the job offer from the company based in dubai however when i checked here sa poea wala naman ang job order and also how long does it take the employer to process the visa and what are the requirements. i just had my medical exam and fit to work naman ako pagdating ba ng dubai is may medical pa?thanx dami tanuung

^Processing of working visa will depend on the PRO, but normally it will take up to 3 days to 1 week only.

Yes, you need to have medical again (blood and x-ray), required this for the residence stamped.

sis, ibig ba sabihin nito, yung married name mo na naka-reflect sa passport mo?

anyway, just like sis jk's post.. ako, up to now, all my docs including passport are under my maiden name. kahit na nagta-travel kami lang ng baby ko UAE-pinas.. we didn't encounter any problem with any of the immigration people from both countries.

question po.  my position in my company will be made redundant and i will be transfered to one of our offices outside the country.  I have an existing loan.  Ano po kaya ang actions na magandang gawin.  Im still very much willing to pay my loand with the same amount of monthly installments.  Should i go to the bank?  Would i be held at the immigration kung mag exit ako ng country? kasi if i dont accept this job offer sayang yung opportunity and magiging continuous ang capacity ko to repay my loan.

^sis, most of the banks would ask you to pay-off the loan if you will be leaving the country. but i guess they would rather find a customer who is willing to continue paying than someone who would ran off his/her debts. depende na rin siguro yan sa pag-uusap with their collection officers.

you will not be held at the immigration, sis, unless you've defaulted a couple of payments already and have a legal case.
