does anybody know how much it cost to take an MBA course in Ca? siguro yung mga cal state lang kasi wala sa website nila. i'm in manila pala. tia

^ not sure if it varies by campus but CSULB, if you're a CA resident and you're a commuter, roughly $19k per sem assuming you're taking 13 units. if you're a non-resident, you'll add around $10k for non-resident tuition. estimates lang yan though. best to call the campuses directly.

^are you sure it's $19k per sem? because my aunt told me in CSUN, it's $17k per year for international student. do the fees differ in different areas?

^yes.. Because somehow you're paying for the name, like how it is for us back home. CSUN is a bit fore affordable, but that's not to say that Northridge is a cheap place to live in,. If it's more to LA County area it's a bit more expensive ie: CSULB, USC, UCLA, etc etc.

^^ my bad. iba nga pala ang pace ng mba hehe sorry. it varies with the program you're taking. csulb offers three- daytime accelerated program ($40,500 for entire program), saturday program ($42,000) and the self-paced evening program, which is roughly $14k per year ata minus books, parking and other fees, for non-residents. but i would seriously call them, inquire because baka may hidden fees pa.

i'm not sure about other CSUs though. i was browsing and they say say for business, fullerton, sdsu and csu-slo are the best ones, with san luis obispo rated as the highest in general. but this is just within the CSU system ha. iba pa yung UCs.

^ ok thanks for the info! i want to take MBA in Australia but the fee is $90k for the whole program so my aunt suggested to try the US. but CSUs are public  right? for private universities i'm sure it's much more expensive.

^ yes CSUs are public. not sure about other private universities but i checked USC, the total cost of attendance ata for the first year is $84k. For UCLA (public) naman, the total cost of their MBA program is $120-130k.

san diego's climate feels more like Phils, it's usually the warmest in california. i always visit my relatives there like every 6 months, naku pag summer ang bilis makaitim ng araw diyan. tutong talaga ang balat ahaha

haha! natawa ako sa tutong! but very true. i was a victim. spent a day at seaworld, pag uwi ko mata at ngipin ko lang ang maputi.  di ako tan. sunog talaga ako.    so better bring sunblock with spf 1 million.

^its nice reading about san diego and the weather there. my fiance is always worried about me getting there kasi napakalamigin kong tao, but then i've always known that San Diego has one of the nicest weather. when we were in Baguio, he told me its like SD kind of weather so that at least gave me an idea of some sort. i'm trying to get acquainted little by little on how is it living there, the adjustments and stuff, para if ever ma culture shock man ako hindi biglaan pagdating ko dun.

Hi mga sis, narinig niyo na ba yung new law na naipasa nila regarding sa pag petition ng under age/unmarried child/children? if you petition your underage child,then by the time na lumabas yung petition nag 21 yrs old and above na sila, tuloy pa rin daw kung ano yung category nila when you file the petition nung underage pa sila, unlike before na kapag nag over age sila by the time lumabas petition,kailangan mag file ulit ng ibang category. sa mga certain states lang daw ata na approve ita including California,
