Best places to eat at Tagaytay

Though di siya kahanay ng mga restos along Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway, must try din ang Balinsasayaw in Silang. Very nice ambience at relaxing. May kanya kanyang kubo to accommodate the guests depending kung gaano kayo karami. We always eat here lalo na ngayong Christmas season, one of our favorite small-Christmas party venue. Must try yung mga bilao nila na packages, assortments of grilled food even their bulalo panalo. Their signature menu are those made from buko like pansit buko but di ko pa natry yun. Worth a try, I must say.

^ Hi sis, along main road (Aguinaldo Highway) lang ang Balinsasayaw. Coming from Manila, nasa right side ito. Stick to Aguinaldo Highway going to Tagaytay. Don't go inside Silang town proper. Its past Riviera Golf and a gas station (Jetti ata iyon) meters away na lang siya from the gas station. They have big signboard and mapapansin mo yung mga kubo kubo nila uphill.

If commuting, just ride any bus bound to Tagaytay/Batangas na will pass Aguinaldo Highway, sabihin nyo lang sa kundoktor, sa may Balinsasayaw kayo.

were a group of friends planning on a day trip at tagaytay this april. im thinking of having a heavy lunch -- (as in really heavy!  puro kami girls pero may katakawan kaming taglay lol!) then konting inuman din.   i know lunch seems a bit too early for cocktails pero yun ang balak ng mga kasama ko eh.  saan ba ok? yung maganda sana ang ambiance para makapag-picture taking din. im only familiar with josephines and leslies so i really need inputs... otherwise, dun ko sila dadalhin.

*btw, definitely we'll be going to bag of beans for coffee before heading home.

Taaleña is a good place to chill. The menu's good, too. It's a good alternative to Leslie's.

pamana is the best for me. food is good including the service, the interior is nice too. it's  like having a fine dining in a filipino resto. this is located along aguinaldo hway (to your left going to nasugbu). just a few meters from rotonda.

i also highly recommend carlo's pizza if craving for american, italian food. nice to stay there at night having pizza and beer :-)

also, please don't forget to drop by at java jazz for coffee or native tsokolate drink. java jazz is located near keni po (going to picnic grove).

sorry but i cannot recommend lzm. it's too expensive for a canteen like set-up :-(

@wkt: i believe nagseserve na ng alcoholic drinks sa papa prito kahit hindi pa gabi. and they have a bucket-videoke promo, i'm just not sure how it is kasi i don't drink. i think free use of videoke if you order a certain amount of drinks? the food's good but mura, too. so your money will go a long way here. you can order as much as you want without breaking your budget.

natry namin last weekend yung bawai's vietnamese resto. strictly by reservation lang siya, maliit lang yung place, parang bahay lang. ang sarap, salad pa lang nakakabusog na! masarap din yung hipon nila na may tamarind ang sauce.
