hi there, im a BSN grad, an aspiring doctor wannabe. just wanna ask what med schools are you gonna recommend po? and its tuition fees. ala kc sa net ee. thanks! cant find it

as of 2006-2010:

PLM-CM - minimum of 2k/sem and maximum of 45k/sem. This depends on your grades, submitted ITR, and proof of residency in Manila.

UPM-CM ~20k/sem for the 1st 4 years. None for internship/5th year. According to boyf who just graduated from this institution. It may have changed since last year.

Perpetual. Dun dati lumipat yung classmate ko sa UST.

I applied sa ust, uerm saka plm. Do you think need ko pa mag apply sa feu? Which is better, feu or ue?

My sister also took the MCAT. Mamayang morning na interview nya Advise sa kanya regarding the interview, about herself lang naman daw and a bit about health issues. Not so sure pero I'll ask her after kung ano mga tanong sa kanya

Apply lang ng apply! Well yung FEU kasi sa may Fairview pa yun. Kung taga Manila ka, malayo yun sayo unless mag rent ka ng apartment dun sa Fairview. Ang alam ko din nag release na ng list of admitted applicants ang FEU so I don't know if you can still apply.

you also have to consider yung layo ng school so that hindi ka mahirapan pumasok. lalo na if puyat ka, naku! hehe! and magiging efficient ka if hindi mo na iwoworry yung pag-commute ng malayo, traffic or yung pagka-late diba?

^yes po =) di na ako mag aapply. I'm waiting na lang na irelease ng ust, ue at plm yung mga passed applicants =)

Ask ko lang, i consider din kasi yung tuition fee pero at the same time yung ibang bagay bagay, sa PLM ba, kunwari when you're going to dissect cadaver, yung student ba magprovide/maghanap ng cadaver? ganun ba sa plm at ue? I want sana na di na prob yung paghahanap ng ganun..

Just to answer a few questions of previous posts, I think Fatima accepts transferees. usually dun nag-aapply yung mga students from UE.

UE tuition ranges 95k - 108k ata (1st year)

sa 2nd, I think its a bit higher

AND! 2011 examinees HIGHLY recommend Goljan audio notes, get the one with transcripts. It's so helpful with clinical subjects raw.

Although (!!!) there would be a new batch of examiners raw on Aug 2012 =( Dunno how true this is. Blah.

I also want to share here na naenjoy ko yung interview sakin sa PLM kesa sa UERM. Don't take it negatively. Yung interview ko kasi sa ue was very informal and parang chill na ewan lang. I was just asked about my family background. While in PLM, they were interested on your skills and potentials talaga. I don't know. I liked the fact that they asked me about my paper and daming follow up questions about thesis ko na parang nag dedefense ako. Saka may mga challenging questions. Haha. Yun lang. Share ko lang. =)
