ang saya talaga sa ukay, my mom got a blouse for me for only P85 yung floral na uso ngayon na you can see sa forever 21

that's really nice.. yung mga uso ngayun, meron marami sa ukayukay. the blouses look like those sold sa topshop and f21..  sometimes branded pa..

first time ko mag ukay ukay sa baguio pa...tapos nung nauso dito, wala ko mabili kasi wala size ko so never na ko nagpunta....

sa mga surplus shop or garage sale may nabibili ko na mura. 2weeks ago, nakabili ko ng study table for my son, P800 lang. P1500 siya before and yun din nakita ko na price sa mga preloved stuff sa online. so nakasave ko ng P700.

Got a fantastic leather bag lime the Cambridge 15" batchel (the one that converts into a backpack) in oak brown from the ukay. Pricey at 400 BUT after some cleaning and leather treatment, it looks oh so fantastic. Not regretting that I held off a Cambridge satchel purchase. Love that it has magnetic buttons under the buckles.

Ukay ukay is really awesome. There is this feeling that you feel so triumphant after getting a good find. I really love the thrill of literally digging through stuffs. Haha. Also, it's cheaper pa. It is abt the way people carry the clothes, whether it is from thrift or branded boutiques. My technique is that i match ukay finds with brandeditems that i bought brand new. (not to mention knock offs come unnoticed too). I guess quality watches, bags and cars work like magic. Who could've known, right? Haha!

i frequent UK shops at cubao, i rcv a [textspeak!] na kasi from them everytime may new arrival  but i noticed ang mahal na ng items nila, minsan not worth it na for UK  yung sa anonas ba mura parin?

last time i went there was early 2010.  mejo mahal yung price para sa ukay.  tapos may mga stores na naka-segregate yung branded items.

my uk finds were the cardigan's i bought near mrt guadalupe (Esprit, color pink at P100), Calamba near crossing (Coure Carre with tag, cream at P100). I also have G2000 long sleeves na super nice fit, bought it at 80 pesos at Calamba, near crossing.

2 weeks ago i bought 1 black coat ,75php. perfect fit sa akin,kkatuwa. very useful since rainy season. nakabili din ako ng bossini black cardigan, 65php

1. Katapat ng eurotel sa araneta center, fashion delite ata yun name.
2. Sa may side ng fairmart, yung street corner puregold papunta ng edsa, may buiding dun after puregold, pag pumasok ka, may stalls sa loob (1st floor) tabi tabi.
3. EDSA (north bound) going to Aurora interection.

So far eto yung alam ko. Let me know if meron pang iba na hindi ko napuntahan. hehe

i bought a korean top from ukay ukay. very similar sa m&s na design. panalo na rin, bought at 100 yes mahal kasi new arrival ko pa sya nabili.

I love Thrift Shops, okay sana yung sa Baguio kaso nashock ako the last time we went there, gravacious sa mahal! Parang wala ka sa Thrift Store.

Ukay freak rin ako, recentl nung nagreview ako ng closet ko, biglang narealize kong andami ko na palang ukay na tops. Hirap ako sa jeans and shoes sa ukay kaya bumabawi ako, pagdating sa jeans at shoes sa mall talaga ako. Mas marami kasing interesting tops sa ukay. I recently bought a black coat/blazer pangcover kapag naka-tshirt lang ako sa office. Very useful indeed. Kapag may times na alanganin ang fit ng formal polos or longsleeves, pinapa-adjust ko nalang sa mananahi for a minimal fee.

Bigla kong napagtanto na bumibili ako ng 1 or 2 pcs. every weekend, kaya naman pala dumadami ukay kong tops. hehe.
Sa Marikina lang ako bumibili. May mga alam pa ba kayong uk shops near Marikina? Ayoko naman kasing lumayo unless talagang kailangan na costume ang hinahanap at hindi normal na damit.
