went ukay hunting noong friday and saturday. friday, i went to the buendia mrt ukay and in to several in guadalupe. mrt buendia was a bust, but bought one beach shorts and spaghetti top as well as a sleeveless top (50 each) na de-tali sa harap sa isang ukay sa guadalupe. saturday was very fruitful too. went to the monumento ukay, bought a pink dress and a black spaghetti strap blouse at 95 each (di ko sure kung blouse or nightie, me lace sa bandang ibaba e). proceeded to quiapo, and found a blue ann taylor sleeveless dress for 100. happy nako.

i frequent UK shops at cubao, i rcv a [textspeak!] na kasi from them everytime may new arrival

but i noticed ang mahal na ng items nila, minsan not worth it na for UK

went ukay shopping again!! so tempting to post my finds.. i dont feel guilty for shopping all the time.. this is what makes thrift shopping so exciting. when i get my credit card bill at the end of the month, i will see nothing clothes related..

my first ukay trip was just this thursday. isinama lang ako ng officemate ko sa quiapo. nalula ako sa dami ng magagandang damit dun for a very low price. next thing i knw, nandun nanaman ako the very next day.. LOL

sis, yung sa mrt buendia, baba ka tapos tatawid ka papuntang gas station na me mercury drug. pagtawid mo, turn left and walk ka lang along the building. makikita mo agad yung ukay doon.

yung sa monumento, kung galing baclaran at byaheng edsa, baba ka sa tapat ng mcu, tawid via the overpass, then lakad lang hanggang umabot ka sa pagliko. kaliwa ka doon and makikita mo rin agad yung ukay. lalampas ka pa ng tropical hut ha. Pag from the opposite side ka naman, from the baclarang LRT line, baba ka ng monumento station, lakad ng direcho lang pa-monumento, at bago ka lumiko pakanan, andun na agad yung ukay.

actually its really big... dun ko nahanap sa mga sobrang lakin clothes.. i hope it's real. coz now im checking it and it has no size.. dba may size yan dapat.. $:-\$ it's supposed to say uk, italian, nd us size equivalents.. oh well, looks nice pa rin..

for bags and dresses, also try the ukay store in front of SM Bacoor.

i went there last weekend with my friend. inuubos na lang nila yung nakalabas na stocks bago buksan yung mga nasa box pa. i bought a summer dress and a black linen wide-legged pants. ang saya-saya!
