@kristetay. Flooring ba lalagay yung white tiles? You can actually play with its height or create a pattern para di boring tingan. Or try adding mosaic tiles. If lets say, 3/4 of the wall is cement and goin to have a painted finish, look for earth toned or gray, brown and slate. Best to look on magazine or net for references. Cause its kinda hard to explain it by words. Ok din visual para makita ni mamang mason incase magpapagawa ka na ganto ganyan gusto mong mangyari

My living room is minimalist inspired, black and white, I just want to keep it clean and organized.

Hindi masyadong spacious yung living room namin.. I am also considering L-shaped din.. Maganda talaga ang leather kasi madali lang linisin.. Thanks again.. ^_^

downside lang ng leatherette or maski pure leather man, mainit sya. kaya advisable to keep it away from direct sunlight or di kaya naka bukas ang aircon all the time.

Ang plan ko sa condo ko, lalagyan ko yung isang wall ng mirror then maglalagay pa ko ng overhead cabinet and closet at backsplash.

Question: Do I have to paint yung mga paglalagyan ko nun or dun sa area na exposed nalang?

ideas naman for bathroom color mga sis, gusto ko more of maaliwalas and mukhang malinis. plain white lang kasi yung tiles na ilalagay

ceramic tiles ba sis? if all-white ang tiles, better keep your restroom interiors minimalistic and basic para maaliwalas or zen-looking. do away with accessories and what-not. just the basics will do - soap, shampoos, floor rug. if you have sampayan, better sampay your wet towels outside para the restroom will have no funky smell. and, always ensure to keep the restroom floors from being dank and damp. choose floor rugs that are decorative and easy on the eyes (iwas ka sa loud and clashing colors), siguro in blue or green para fresh tingnan or depends naman on your color preference. hide your cleaning agents kung may cabinet ka, or put it outside, under the kitchen sink kung may cabinet ka dun. cluttered tingnan ang mga cleaning agents. and have bright lights installed kung maliit ang bintana or no window at all. illusion-wise, malaki and malapad tingnan ang restroom mo.

Ano na bang uso na windows ngayon? We are planning to change windows na rin pero ano bagay sa malalaking windows? Yung mga sinaunang house na parang kasing wide ng door [textspeak!] windows.. Any suggestion? Mas ok ba bawasan ang length ng windows? Or ok na malaki sila? Thanks!

^ you should consider the exterior of the house first before changing the windows cause its still part of architectural details of the house. Let's say the house is like the "bahay na bato" you cant change it into something na modern contemporary. Your option is to have window treatments. Now if there's nothing to worry about the exterior, changing the window frame (from casement to sliding will do) if its too large for your taste you can add transom (fixed) above the window. Take into consideration din na the area must be ventilated.

^^ mas malaking windows mas ok pero check din yung security like burglars and baka may mapatid dumiretso mahulog sa window. i agree na maganda ang sliding window pero dapat medyo mataas ng konti and lagyan mo ng loft para safe kung sakaling may mapatid  papuntang window hehe... but make sure that burglars won't use the loft para maging akyatin and pumasok sa window

Is it ok na ang floor to ceiling mirror sa living room eh nasa likod ng sofa/couch? Sa lay out kase ng condo namin, wala ko maisip na pwede paglagyan ng mirror na hinde sya haharap sa doors.

^ pano ba layout mo sis? Ok lang naman. Allow atleast .20 mts from the mirror to sofa. Pero naisip ko lang bakit floor to ceiling pa kung matatakpan din ng sofa yung lower part ng mirror?

Maliit lang talaga so I'm thinking how to arrange the furniture.

^ oo nga maliit nga lang. You need mirrors to make it look bigger. Ang alam ko kasi ang sukat ng sofa is .80 - .90 ang width then variable yung haba. Pero kasi sa location ng doors ng kahit makahanap pa ng maliit na sofa, yung suggested layout na nila yung best for that. Haha. Talagang pinagiisipan ko yung layout. Ilan sqm yan sis.

32 sqm lang sis. Yun nga yung dilemma ko kase, yung doors, kaya nahihirapan din ako i-visualize. Chaka dahil maliit nga yung space, ayoko din ng madameng furniture, or at least I'd get ones that are multi-purpose, like for the beds, magpapagawa ako ng may storage sa ilalim.

^ Diba pa l shape ang layout ng living? Naisip ko kung kunwari 2 seater sofa lang lalagay mo sis pwede ka mag add ng ottoman. Rectangular ottoman would be min of .40 x .60 then for round .45 at least kung ottoman maliit sa space at na momove vs sa lounge chair. Yung seating capacity nya padin is for 4 person padin.
