di lang sya paint sis, kasama na dun yung pagbaklas ng cabinets sa dalawang bedrooms, pinapalitan ko sila kasi kailangan ko ng maraming storage.. yung sa kitchen naman pina-modify ko lang, pinalagyan ko ng drawers tapos pina-tiles ko yung loob ng cabinets at lalagyan ng mga wire mesh saka kitchen organizers tapos may isa pang small room na dapat maids room ginawa ko nalang na pantry so gagawan din yung ng open shelves cabinets, lahat yung pasok na sa 120k.

di ko na gets.. but ummm, we share our designer's discounts to our clients. suppliers doesnt give it basta basta lang kasi. so a normal consumer/ non-id cannot avail them without their respective designers.

Hi sis Vanette!  May I know how much would it cost me to fully-furnish a 30sqm condo unit?  This unit of our is for rental naman.  Including appliances, labour and interior design?  It will be much appreciated your advise.

The condo will be new for turnover next quarter.  It's going to be fully-fitted.  We're not looking naman for super high-end pero sana something with very decent quality and respectable brands for the appliances.

Girls, I have a dilemma. My friend is bugging me for an interior designer referral, her unit is at cypress tower, 2 BR, 1 TB and she's very specific - she wants a red/white/black motif.  (And pink for the kid's bedroom). On top of that, she wants to add an extra room in the supposedly living area.

Total square meter = 53.sqm. Help me have a peaceful life . Any recos? PM please .

Mga sis base on my experience, renovating a place is never easy a lot of things to be considered talaga, magastos and masakit sa ulo dealing with carpenters.Visit kayo ng mga showrooms, thats what i did to get the whole picture and a lot of designs to choose from, i visited rockwell, shangrila towers, grass ng sm and kung saan saan pa, magazines are great too so you can stick to what you really want, dapat may concept. I designed our own place and friends liked it and neighbors too hehe so i am very satisfied and proud of what i have achieved,they hired me for consultation na i just bring them to different shops and choose what fits the space, basta stick to your budget lang and dont go over board, coz you may have the chicest place but in the end hindi mo ren ma enjoy coz ubos ang savings mo:)

Maganda yun advice na binigay ni vanlei.  You keep the design purposeful and within your budget. 

Plus, simplicity is still the best.  You can always add things bit by bit later on when you could.

^d ko lang alam sis pero pricey rin naman inabot yung huli ko pinagawa sa isang contractor na walang puso sikat sa skyscraper din. Si zenday tinatapos naman siguro ang gawa nya.

^ganyan ginawa ko, yung contractor ang d nakatapos. Namemention din itong contractor ko sa skyscraper dahil maganda gawa. Pag malamig na ulo ko sa kanya humanda sya at papangalanan ko na. Anyway, may kontrata naman usually sis. Bale ipalagay mo na lang kailang matapos ang project at ano remedies na mapagkasunduan nyo in case na d matapos on time. Ako kasi next step na na ipablacklist sya sa lahat ng projects ng developer ng bldg namin at ok dun ang admin, wait lang ako nung deadline.

^yung bahay ok naman, 7 months tapos na. E yung condo sis interior lang aabutin ng 1yr. Makapal ang face d ko masabi masagwa gumawa kasi pinopost pa sa skyscrapercity gawa nya ng ibang clients nya.

Sa dami kasi ng inaccept nya napabayaan yung iba, kasali na ako dun. Buti if mura sumingil e kamahal-mahal. Maliit na cabinet sa cr (as in maliit) 6500 singil wala pa pintura yun ha. Basta makapal talaga mukha ng engr/contractor na ito. Yung foreman nya d na makatingin at d alam saan magtatago pag nadadaanan ko sa basement parking
