sis , i personally dont know anybody in the philippines right now who can do this for you.. but you can try asking an ID if they can do this .. like ask friends if they can recommend an ID for you then you discuss this option with her/him.. sayang lang i dont practice kasi in the philippines so i cant help you with this.. but for me, this is what i do with some clients especially if the house is a condo unit/old house  and they want to accessorize or jazz up the place..

sis im under license lang.. puedeng  500per hour ang charge ( pero puedeng tumaas to) fro small projects naman puedeng lumpsum ng 50k per unit,, or puede din sakin 1k per sqm. eto rates for small area lang, not more than 100sqm ha

actually depends sa scope of work din e, interior design fee lang to nga pala

for consultation kagaya ng kailangan nila Pink*ladybug usually they charge 500per hour samahan ka mga choose ng accessories, fabrics etc, basta consultation to, puedeng lumpsum din mga 10k pero kung maliit na room dun ka nalang sa charge na pero hour.

anyone here who can give tips on how to install PVC film on cabinet surfaces?  madali lang ba gawin 'yun?  and ok ba sa inyo 'yung PVC film?  nagagandahan kasi ako sa finish nya over tables and cabinet surfaces, especially kung hindi pwedeng i-varnish ang wooden interiors mo.

hindi na, sis.  magaling ang carpenter gumawa samin.  barnis ang cabinets.  plywood lang un ha.  pero napaganda nya talaga.  lahat nga ng makakita, nagandahan.

What are possible options for bedroom floors? I don't like parquet, wood planks and wood looking floor styles. I was thinking tiles but I cant seem to find tiles that would look nice in a bedroom. Any suggestion?

may tiles na wood effect sis, mga 15cm x 60cm sizes ng iba, lots of available shade, may walnut, mahogany, narra, ipil, etc.. mariwasa meron nito, meron din mga china, madame eh.. wood kasi ginagamit nila para mag mukang cozy!

if you dont like wood, madaming ceramic tiles na available na magmumukang cozy din naman, sa chan c bros sis mga beige ang brown na ceramic tiles kaya mukang cozy na din

In my experience, my ID actually paid for herself.  Meaning, the amount of discounts I got from the suppliers was enough to pay for her PF.

I got really good suppliers which she personally vouch for and her valuable inputs.  Yun lang, she's my high school friend kaya presyong kaibigan.

@sonncza, sis ganda ng tiles na wood effect sayang d ko ginamit sa living room. Nakita ko sa ginagawa ng contractor ko sa ibang floor kaya nagandahan ako kasi nakita ko na nakalatag na.

@happy pomelo, true yan sabi mo sis sa discount kaya na bayaran PF ng ID kaso d ako sinuwerte sa ID kahit friend pa sya ng sis ko. Pero si contractor ginawa e d na nagpatong sa ibang materials kasi aware sya na alam ko may kita na naman sa diskwento. Yung flooring dapat ako pa magsupply, prep lang sa kanya pero nung nagpa-quote less 5% lang, kinumpara ko sa quotation nya la pa 1T ang difference kaya go na lang sa contractor.

Yung nahihirapan ako sa ngayon yung mga anik2x na dapat ilagay para matapos yung "look" na hangad ko. Ayaw ko pa naman ng mga abubot kaya mas hirap mag isip.

^I have the same dilemma.

Accessories complete the look and without them, mukhang kulang talaga ang room at nagmumukhang bare. 

I try to be careful with accessories, and based on my research (Internet, home magazines, etc.), I now consider the following:

1. price - It should be reasonable and not super expensive.  Kung pang-display lang, parang nasasayangan ako sa pera.  Kurips!!!  I'm always on the lookout for sale in department stores.  Rustan's have really nice items, but they're pricey.

2. value - Does it add any value to the room?  I don't like to make the room look cluttered so dapat pili lang talaga.  Ayoko din magdagdag ng mga kailangan linisin sa bahay at dagdag trabaho pa sa mga kasambahay.   Baka humingi ng raise! 

3. utility - Does it have any other purpose than just to look pretty and make me happy?

4. agreement - Will my husband give his stamp of approval?  Aba, bahay nya rin iyon, ayoko  naman mag-mukhang girly-girly ang bahay na uuwian nya rin.   And I use conjugal funds, ang hirap mag-justify ng mga gastos!

So far, I've come up with - throw pillows, table lamps, canvas print as wall decor, photo frames, a few blocks of candles, vases with simple arrangements.   Later on I plan to add live plants para literally may buhay ang bahay.

My favorite addition to the interior would be the built-in ledges - very practical and agree si hubby so everyone's happy!

Ang meron pa lang ako ay throw pillows hehe may floor lamp na at kulang pa ako ng table lamps. Tapos na ako sa curtains last week (1 pang mahal ito ha, sana magkaroon na sa SM ng mas mahahaba na kurtina), then may pinagawa ako lounge chair na sya lang kakaiba sa lahat ng gamit lahat modern minimalist tapos si lounge chair romantic kaya I hope mapull-off ko na maayos pa rin in the end.


Paano ko kaya magagamit ang candles? Parang d pupwede sa amin baka tikman ng daughter ko isa kasi yun sa kinoconsider ko. Tama ka sis dapat iconsider ang mister if ako lang kasi e naku super fun at colorful mga gusto ko tawag ng sis ko sa akin "tessa" haha hilig ko raw sa "shocking" na pieces

^Try to place the candles (oil burners too) in hard-to-reach places (and make sure not placed with flammable materials), yung medyo matataas na lugar.  Until your baby learns to climb shelves, those will be safe.

E.D.I.A ba? kasi edia sister company ng boconcept eh,, we bought one dining table and chairs from bo concept before in one of our projects, ang bilis masira, i had to call bo concept after 3months for the service! para sa isang 100k na dining table, expect ko matagal sya, the client din kasi insist on using boconcept kasi,, E.D.I.A mukang okey naman! never had bad experience naman w/ them eh \, yun lang sa boconcept na sister company nga nila..

naku sis area rug na alam ko eh sa our home lang at showcase carpet,, if may magustuhan ka sa megamall our home na jomon carpet, ask mo if may 20percent discount sa office nila, consignor lang kasi yun ng ourhome e,, kasi sakin nagbibigay sila ng discount eh
