I want to know where is the best place to put the tv set in the living area. Should it be in the middle of the living and dining or on the front window area? or do you have you any other suggestions? thanks in advance!

Hi sis vanette, ask ko lang po do we need an ID for my 30sqm condo unit. Fully furnished na sya wala pa lang partitions, i'm planning to make 2 BRs kasi, tapos diko alam pano at saan ilalagay ang mga hehe

what kind of tv sis,kung lcd na pwede mo rotate i suggest sa middle pero if hindi naman dun siguro sa window area

@frapi, oo nga noh better yung pwede irotate. It will be our first house so we still need to buy the appliances. Will consider that LCD TV.. thanks!

we are currently renovating our house, ask ko lang po kung ano nag maganda shade na color ng cornisa. off white kasi ang color ng wall namin tapos ang gusto color ng cabinet  at bed namin ay mahogany (varnish).


another thing me kilala ba kayo naghahasa ng marmol. if ever magkano naman. meron kasi existing na marmol sya kaya lang di sya hasa kaya di glossy tingnan. if ever ba may iba pa bang way para gawing shiny or glossy iyong marmol floor. sayang naman kung papalitan

mga sis, any comments on using laminated countertops like Formica for the kitchen?  thanks.

frothe, i suggest dont use formica for kitchen countertops not unless pang model unit lang... highly suggested pa din ang stones if kalidad ang hanap mo lalo na if preparation area.

thanks sis vanette, ha. hmmm.. meron ka pa bang ibang maire-recommend na materials for a tight budget? medyo namahalan kasi ako nung nagpa-quote ako ng granite countertop.
