I made a new topic strictly for interior design/ architecture mga sis, pwede na tayo mag usap dito anything and everything from construction to designing to whatever   basta tungkol sa bahay

mga ilang weeks ba ang interior construction if mga 50 to 60sqm lang naman?

ano magandang kulay ng pintura sa wall if earth colors ang fabric ng sofa, chiars etc? Plano ko kasi light avocado/yellow

ano tawag dun sa parang may texture yung pagkapintura sa wall?

ano ideal size ng tiles? Anong klaseng tiles? Sa dami ng tiles sa tindahan nila BIL nalilito na ako haha papainvolve lang ako am sure igaguide naman ako sa pagpili

wala pa ako naeenvision sa bathroom kung ano ang gusto ko mangyari pero alam ko na ayaw ko ng bath tub

 ano sis yung scotchguard na namention mo?

dami ko tanong pasensya na. Para medyo maganda input ko sa mtg kesa puro turo ako sa pictures na ito gusto ko etc

interior construction (if bare as in construction from scratch) mga a month or two and a half months at the most. pero pag tipong condo unit na may walls, ceiling, floor  1 to 1 1/2 mos at most. (considered na dito yung design stage/ planning stage to actual implementation)

earth colors are : tints and shades of oranges, greens, yellows, browns and neutral colors

textured wall can be referred as textured wall. ( i dont know kasi anong klaseng textured wall sinasabi mo) yung wall ko sa room textured eh pero gusto ko na ipa flat. (if we are talking about the same textured wall)

Tiles: xmpre pinaka ok ang granite goes well with anything. e ano ba style ng house mo?  kasi madaming tiles eh. may ceramic, granite,marble,machuca etc...

Scotchgard: anti stain or teflon. u spray it on you couch/ carpet/ curtain any fabric para di mag seep yung stain or if ever matapunan ng water or coke yung sofa mo. over the counter naman to. buy it sa Our Home. 399 pesos each can.

Ako rin, I have some questions. Safe ba Scotchguard sa mga babies?

I'm now undertaking a construction project (180 sq. m. FA and 200 sq. m. LA) and I'm thinking of getting an ID.  Ano ba maco-cover ng consultation?  And how much ang consultation fee?  I'm thinking baka pag may working ideas na from an ID ipagawa ko na sa contractor to save on costs.  Hirap kase ipasok sa budget all ID expenses eh I have to allot pa for furnitures and appliances.  Baka mainis ang ID sa kakuriputan ko.

spraying scotchgard is safie for babies basta wala yung baby pag ispray mo yun. actually para lang siyang lyson kung iisipin mo. antibacterial din kasi yun. shux mega promotoe ako ng scotchgard haha!

^hehe d naman bahay yun sis 50+ sqm lang eh condo unit lang. Textured wall ba yun pag madiin ka ng matagal e ayun babakat na sa skin mo hehe ayos sa description.

wag naman granite. Spanish tiles lang budget ko pero checheck ko pa if mas may ok na abot ko ang presyo.

sa bathroom nakapagfinalize na kami sa roca. Yung sa shower enclosure etc wala pa.

actually pwede ka naman makakuha ng discounts sa mga purchases mo eh (tiles, fabrics etc..) if may prof architect/ designer ka.  we get discounts sa mga suppliers. and sometimes yung discounts din namin, binibigay na namin sa client lalo na pag mabait yung client saming mga designer hehe secret lang.

anong exact colors ba yung sofa mo? if mix of dark brown and beige, green is ok. But for me, for me lang ha, green and yellow can be a little overwhelming. mas maganda sila gamitin as an accent color. kung ako sayo, start by choosing a color scheme then a theme for the room that you want to do the interior remodelling. Tapos search ka sa net ng mga pictures na gusto mo then decide on what you really want. Take your time with the planning.

wala pa ako naeenvision sa bathroom kung ano ang gusto ko mangyari pero alam ko na ayaw ko ng bath tub as i've said you can start with deciding on a color scheme then choose a theme then isipin mo kung ano ba talaga gusto mo mangyari sa bathroom mo. Like gusto mo ba madaming storage space, or you want it to be a zen type etc.

sis me kilala kayong ID na marunong na din mag-feng shui? from what i heard kasi usually basic ideas lang meron ang mga architect but not sure kung merong ID na thorough ang alam sa feng shui? thanks

alfred galvez sister. kaso mahal na ata siya ngayun kasi na expose na siya ng bonggang bongga. hanapan kita sis. for sure may kilala mga colleagues ko na marunong mag mural. i think per inch/ squrae/ wall   ang billing nila pag murals

RE:bedroom and walk in closet,may wall color is pink (which is my least fave color but my mom had it painted like that kasi parang girly daw naman ako LOL,i want to paint it black kasi)

im thinking of accenting it with black and white parang parisian ang dating

then for my walk in closet accented it with green like apple green

any help? i dont want to spend much kasi im moving out probably next year

if its hotpink as an accent wall for a black/white interior is a goo dcombination. 70% major color ; 20% for the accent color
