Hi sis chocolate! mabilis lang yung hilot process ni lola Idad. Pagtapos ng unang hilot nya, sasabihin nya kung ilang beses kang babalik sa kanya. Sa case ko, 13 times daw dapat (di ko alam paano nya nalalaman yun). Eh weekend lang kami pwede kasi may work, kaya saturday at sunday ang balik namin dun. Well, wala naman bayad, donation lang. kaya lang ang layo nga, so sakripisyo talaga sa toll at gas

I was prescribed to take pills ni OB (super irregular period, like none at all) , so nagstart ako mag pills ng May, then came the period, after 6 days, brown discharge siya up until natapos ko yung second pack ng pills wala pang 7 day free pill, meron na ulit ako, tapos super heavy bleeding na nagccramps na ko saka may mga blood clots talaga na malalaki (sorry sa kwento ko) sabi ni OB,  normal lang naman daw yun?

Normal ba yung sobrang heavy na i use like 5 nightpads everyday? Nagwoworry na kasi ako sabi ni OB natural lang naman daw yun.. haaay. like right now,  im cramping. nakakaloka!

ahh. kasi yung  sa 7-day pill free, sometimes your period arrives earlier, hindi pa natapos yung 7 days, okay lang iyon.

I used to be like that before, pero noong nagmaintain na ako ng pills, napansin ko hindi na siya heavy like before as the years went by.

If you're having menstrual cramps, try putting a warm towel over the puson. It helps.

Hi, sa mga sis na na-doagnose with thickened endometrium, pinabiopsy ba kayo ? ano ang inadvise ng GP nyo?

ang sabi kasi ng OB, kapag thick yung lining, hindi daw kasa nakakalabas yung menstruation. Kaya nag pipills.

sa mga nagpa ultrasound na, ang nakalagay ba na result sainyo is:

polycystic syndrome?
polycystic change?

Ob said i stop taking pills nalang since hindi naregulate yung mens after  6months.

So she prescribe nalang duphaston ( na ang mahal mahal) together with metformin,

Sana may makasagot ng question ko. hehe.

^^ walang pinabiopsy sa akin. yung doctor ko, OB talaga. nagpalit lang ako ng pills tapos nawala na siya.

^ actually kasi di ba every month meron tayo mens dapat. so every month nagtthicken yung lining to prepare for the egg. ang problem kasi hindi every month nakakapaglabas ng egg ang ovaries. so hindi nagkakaron ng mens at hindi rin nagsshed ang lining. (disclaimer: yan ang case ko)

re: ultrasound
meron nakalagay na polycystic doon sa findings.

yung metformin, I was given that before. afaik, it helps me to lose pounds.  yung isa hindi ko alam kng para saan yan.

Yung pills rin hindi nagregulate ng mens ko so next step na ako, hindi ko lang maalala kung ano kasi kailangan ko magpagawa nung isang procedure para i-check kung may bara yung fallopian tubes ko eh.

Hello! I used to be in the same situation. Retro uterus and PCOS both ovaries. Then last month I had my TVS and walang nakaLagay na PCOS pa ako. One fellow GT sis said na as per OB nya on and off daw talaga si PCOS.

Sa ngayon 5days ako mag take ng clophimine per month for 3 months. Sana ibigay na Ni Lord.

I will also take duphaston kapag due na ni AF at wala pa sya. Duphaston kasi is pamparegla or pampakapit kung preggy ka na kaya di pa dumadating si AF.

Yung procedure naman to check if blocked yung tubes is HSG.

hindi ka ba nagkakamens on your own? or meds induced ka din para monthly?

^Sis dumadating si AF monthly although usually CD34-37 ako. Kaya ako pinapag take ni OB ng duphaston just in case di dumating si AF nung scheduled time is i think para if preggy ay may pampakapit na. If negative, dumating na si AF para matuloy ko yung clophimine.

May months lang sis na nag skip sya. Siguro mga 2 months in a year since 2011 na nagstart na PCOS ako. Meron ako nabasa sis kahit regular period ay may cases na PCOS din.

hello mga sis, yung una ako nag pacheck up sa OB ko dati, findings nya, may PCOS ako and thickened endometrium. Since TTC kami ni hubby that time, niraspa ako para daw umokay okay naman. Regular ang period ko ever since, and even after raspa, same parin. Actually, time clock nga ang dating ni AF eh, walang mintis talaga. kaya super nagulat ako na PCOS yung isa kong ovary. Few months after my raspa and medication, nag conceive kami ni hubby. Nagpalit ako ng OB, nung inultrasound ako, di na daw ako PCOS. and clear na ang uterus. Not sure kung nawawala ba yung PCOS talaga, pero my new OB confirmed na wala naman na daw prob sa ovaries ko.

in my case kasi, regular nga ang flow ni AF pag nakapills, pero hindi siya naregulate after 6 months of taking it.

im now taking metformin na din.

mga sis, question lang po.. i was diagnosed with thickened endometrium last Jan 2012  and had to undergo D&C (raspa) para ma-address yung problem. back then, umaabot ng 2 weeks yung period ko which was very inconvenient and nakakapang-lambot din. fast forward to Jan 2014, and the same symptoms are happening again (period lasting for 2 weeks). my OB advised that I go for ultrasound again kasi baka daw nagti-thicken na naman yung endometrium ko, and may need to undergo D&C again. question lang mga sis, pwede ba maulit yung pag-thicken ng endometrirum - even if nag-undergo na ako ng D&C two years ago? TIA for the replies.
