Retroverted Uterus, Thickened Endometrium and polycystic ovaries

Hi sis Jorhen, Yes nandito na siya. Almost 3 months na kaming magkasama pero until now di pa rin successful  Mmm. di pa namin napapacheck sperm count niya, Pero baka Itry din namin pag nagka extra cash. Sobrang walang improvement sa EPO, medyo napansin ko lang na may improvement dun sa pagka watery nia pero hanggang now wala pa rin yung "sticky mucus" Sobrang nattempt na ako bumili ng Fertility Blend. Haaay

ako din plan ko na mag fertility blend kung hindi pa kami nakabuo ngayon..ang dami ko na supplements na ni take for a year and a month, ang dami na din nagastos. twice lang ako nag take ng fertility pills. relax lang kayo sis..ganun kase ginawa namin, dapat nga nasa puerto prinsesa kami last weekend, 1st time sana namin dun at sumakay ng hehe. basta lahat ng way gawin mo, all will be worth it pag nakabuo na kayo. try mo din mag soya milk. natural way kami nakabuo tapos ok pa kapit ni baby, im on my 9th week na, very thankful talaga ako at wala ako spotting, everyday pa ako nag commute from cavite-manila-cavite. PRAYERS din talaga ang nakatulong sa akin ng malaki. kaya nagsisimba pa rin ako sa quiapo church.

hi mga sis. i was also diagnosed with retroverted uterus and pcos by several doctors. then around april nag exercise ako ng bicycling in the air then late april nagtvu ako it showed na i'm anteverted na. kahit dun sa in my womb anteverted na and sabi ni ob mas mahirap kung retro.

although i'm not yet pregnant happy na rin because somehow nabawasan yung obstacle course ko s ttc journey namin ni hubby.

i don't know if it helped pero you may want to try just be careful not to put pressure sa neck.

Frankly, nakakarelate ako.

last week, nagpa-ob, complain ko yung painful menstruation or let us say dymennorhea. another there are times khit tapos na aking period me spotting ngyayari sakin. OB advice TVS. ayun, ang result i have 1.64cm endometrium, hyperechoic. my uterus is normal kahit retroverted..the thickness of endometrium ay pangbuntis lang daw.di naman ako buntis.. good thing i have primary dymenorrhea. kaso yun me polyps sa endometrium,.

possible na dulot nito ang spotting, and mahihirapang magbuntis. or lead miscarriage always, sabe ng OB.

After seeing 4 endometrial polyps in ultrasound.
I will be scheduling next month after daw ng menstruation ko a another diagnostic test, yung me small tube, with black dye iapapasuk to see kung endometrial polyps nga yung nakita sa ultrasound. hysteroscopy ba yun? also, will do a papsmear nextweek.

medyo nerbyos po ako kase ayokong makaexperience ng me pinapasuk sa loob ko, kung masakit ba yun or hindi. di ko na ata naabsorb yung mga sinabe ng OB eh..

if ever gawin po skin next month yung hysteroscopy procedure.
masakit po bayun? if ever po n positive me polyps nga, raraspahin ata ako nun, iaadmit daw yun sabe ni OB. simula ng nalaman ko to naging malungkutin na ko at nagwowori na.

will someone there already experienced this and might cheer me up.

to ts Angelic_Me: don't worry so much there's always hope! Besides at thia day and age marami na available methods to assist you and your hubby to have a baby.I'm a nurse btw and I work OB before...IMHO lang, treat the PCOS first yun yung biggest challenge in order mag conceive.BTW since it's hormonal you might want to work with an endocrinologist/your OB as to how best to treat it.If you're gaining weight recently try altering your diet so you get more complex carbo,proteins & fibers..avoid sugary stuff!Ask you OB abt Metformin-the same medication given to diabetics  to help ease your situation (if applicable);Clomid can work wonders you know

woah.. so pag rettoverted uterus mahihirapang manganak? normal delivery ba pag may ganito? omg retro ata ako.. and may pcos.. sana makuha sa diet ang pagbuo hehe.. haist.. wait diba pag retro malapit sa spine so may possibility na matamaan ang nerves doon?

im pregnant now at naitanong ko kay OB last check up ko kung retro pa rin ako sabi naman niya umaayos daw yung uterus habang papalapit na manganak..wala naman siya sinabi na mahirap manganak pag retro..

Im already done wiht papsmear procedure, will have the result on Oct. 21. Accroding to my OB I will undergo yung me tube na ipapasuk sa uterus ko then magrerelease ng black dye to see kung me endometrial polyps nga ko, there are four in TVU result kase. Hysteroscopy un di ba? will do this after my October menstruation. Me nakaexperience na ba ng ganto? how was it?
any recommendation. tuliro po kase ako. naexplain naman sakin to ng OB kaso I need pa din ng comment ng nakaexperience ng hysteroscopy procedure, so para di na ko mabigla. Im too young to experience this.

hi sis manny33, I also have retroverted uterus, PCOS, and endometriosis, ngayon I'm 20wks pregnant na, thank God! actually, we've tried dog style [textspeak!] yun din ang advise ng tita ko sa akin who is retro din. and advice nman sa akin ng friend ko na nurse, pag dog style daw, don't stand up muna, stay in that position for 15-30mins, pati si hubby, let his tootoot park inside hanggang sa manghina na si tootoot.
pero that style didn't work for us, ang nagwork sa amin is yung side position, basta ikaw na girl ang naka-side, kahit ano pang puwesto ng guy, 2-3x lang namin ginawa, we didn't know na pwede palang makabuo sa ganon, and yun nga, we're blessed! just give it a try, baka yun din ang swak sa inyo. and tama, with lots of prayers, the most powerful of all, God blessed us with this little angel inside my womb.

Hi.. Im not PCOS but i have a tilted uterus..

Regular naman mens ko nun and now, 1 week delayed na ko, i have duphaston, prescribed by my OB before nung sumakit puson ko a week before my previously mens then a week later, nagka-mens nako..

Ngayon, 1 wk delayed na.. no signs of AF and first time ma-delay, ilang mg ba ng dupahaston tini-take nyo?

i'm PCOS, retroverted, have endometriosis, adenomyoma and cyst on my right ovary.  But happy to say na we're on our 15 weeks of pregnancy.  After almost 2 years of trying God gave us what we prayed for.

Ako din, i have retroverted uterus at polycystic ovaries..
Pero wala ako medicine na ginamit.. just free yourself sa nakakastress na bagay. Exercise. Exercise.. then after a 3 months of healthy life style. Boom! got 2 years old son. Pero the time na 9 mos na ko, medyo hirap talaga sila i-IE ako... kase parang may pinipihit pa sila.. yun nga daw dahil sa retroverted ako. After giving birth.. wala na ako polycystic.

but true na kelangan talaga ng matinding gamutan pag PCOS pero [textspeak!] retroverted sabi ng OB ko it doesnt matter daw. Prayers lang din ang nilaban ko sa ganitong scenario..Prayers really works
