Retroverted Uterus, Thickened Endometrium and polycystic ovaries

Hello mga sis. I also have retroverted uterus and my left ovary is polycystic. My OB said na mild problem lang naman daw ito and magconceive naman daw ako. I just want to ask kung nakakaexperience ba kayo ng lower back pain during your cycle? Ako kasi im having slight lower back pain all throughout my cycle and tumitindi lang yung pain pag malapit na dumating ang period ko. Di naman consistent on & off naman. Im just wondering kung dahil ba to sa retroverted uterus ko? Hope I can be enlightened.

^ nagpa urinalysis ka na ba sis? baka kase sign yan na may UTI ka... ako retroverted at pcos pero hindi ako nakaka experience ng ganyan..

Hello sis! last year ako inadvise ni OB na magpa urinalysis. Normal naman yung result ko. Im experiencing lower back pain na that time. Hay sana naman walang kaso ito

hello... akala ko b4 ako lang may problem na ganito.. parang nakakita ako ng kakampi. gumaan loob ko nang mabasa ko lahat ang nakapost dito.  i'm more than 1 yr married.. until now TCC parin. hopefully  this yr makabuo na... I'm retro... di pa kasi na explain b4 sa akin ano yong retro. nagresearch lang ako until. .. sabi ng friend ko mag doggy style daw para makapasok ang little soldiers ni hubby. pero di applicable sa amin. lumalabas pa rin.. sumabay sa hangin na lumabas from my  tooooot... d ko na talaga alam ano pa dapat gawin... pray lang kami always nito... ^^ normal lang yata ang lower back pain. Ako rin kasi meron ganyan. Hindi ko na nga lang pinapansin.

^ ang alam ko kasi after you do the deed dapat taas mo yung legs mo and wag ka malikot. ganun naman sabi nila.

hi sis manny33, I also have retroverted uterus, PCOS, and endometriosis, ngayon I'm 20wks pregnant na, thank God! actually, we've tried dog style [textspeak!] yun din ang advise ng tita ko sa akin who is retro din. and advice nman sa akin ng friend ko na nurse, pag dog style daw, don't stand up muna, stay in that position for 15-30mins, pati si hubby, let his tootoot park inside hanggang sa manghina na si tootoot.
pero that style didn't work for us, ang nagwork sa amin is yung side position, basta ikaw na girl ang naka-side, kahit ano pang puwesto ng guy, 2-3x lang namin ginawa, we didn't know na pwede palang makabuo sa ganon, and yun nga, we're blessed! just give it a try, baka yun din ang swak sa inyo. and tama, with lots of prayers, the most powerful of all, God blessed us with this little angel inside my womb.

Hi mga sis I'm very thankful kase, nabasa ko mga thread dito sa female network regarding sa case ko..Bilateral polycystic ako with retrverted uterus pa...Nung una, kahit nung single pa ako..I worry too much sa case ko..na I might have difficulty in conceiving..kaya after I got married, nagpa check up na agad ako sa OB to help me conceive...Kase, since highschool pa lang alam ko na case ko..Since, super irregular ang mens ko na nuon pa...

Then, my first OB, prescribed me duphaston, ovamit and metformin..naka 3 rounds ako with that OB..pero, ala din..So, I decided to change OB kase, hiyangan din daw..Dito ko rin nalaman sa  Female network sa OB recommendations ang napili kong OB ngaun..Si Dra. Flor Nucum..madaming good comments sa kanya dito kaya I decided to visit her clinic..Mabait cia..and magaling..She prescribed me the same thing.Duphaston, ovamit and metformin...may nadagdag nga lang..yung PREMARIN..I took it for 9 days after ng ovamit...advise din nya na doggie style pag retroverted uterus at wag agad tatayo after u had sex ni hubby. After just one round, Thank u Lord!! got positive pregnancy result na...nagpa check up agad kami. last augus 20..sabi nya, ala pa ciang makita sa ultrasound...nag tra-travel pa lang yung fertilized egg since medyo maaga pa naman..Yesterday, bumalik ako sa knya (August 30) so, after 10 days..kase, medyo masakit ang likod ko..nagpa urinalysis ako..Ayon, may konting infection daw ako sa ihi..pero, kaya pa naman ng water....Inum lang daw ng marami para mawala..at check na rin nya ulit ultrasound..Ayon, nakita na si baby, nasa loob na ng uterus at may heartbeat na..Thank you Lord talaga..im so happpy

By the way, dito ko rin pala nalaman yung mag pray or novena ka kay St. Pio sa may libis..pumunta din ako dun..nung delayed na ako ng five days..hiniling ko na this time, mag positive na ang test...Ayon nga, wait ako ng ilang days..at nag test ako...Napagdaanan ko din yung moment na mag te-test ka..pero, negative..nakakalungkot..kaya di rin ako nag expect masyado nun..pero, I just keep the faith as advice ng mga friends ko...

Congrats sa inyo mga sis..i feel relieved everytime na may napreggy na inspite of our situations..kaya my hopes are high again..sana nga sumunod na rin kami sa inyo mga sis..For the meantime stop muna ako ng check up sa OB..i will rest muna for a few cycles..then i will look for a new OB, this time reproductive endocrinologist na para mahandle maigi yung situation ko..

Hi sis Jhenbreak... thanks sa advise...  e try namin yan.. actually di pa talaga ako nakapaghingi ng advice from OB.. nag pa ultrasound kasi ako last june.. kasi 2 months ako delayed.. pero wala baby inside. nabasa ko lang sa result, yon nga retro. ako na naghanap explanation what is retro.. sana Pakinggan na ni Lord prayer namin.. End of September pa ako makavisit OB..yon kasi gusto ni hubby.. after ng LET exam.. Pray for us also sis... I'm so happy na nandito talaga kayo.... how long ba kayo ng try sis?

Hi mga sis! im new here, naaliw akong magbasa dito, galing kase ako kanina sa OB and ti-TVS ako kanina, the result is Retroverted Uterus, Thickened Endometrium and polycystic ovaries. hindi na ako umabot sa OB ko kase, late na nilabas ang result ng scan ko, i still have to wait hanggan tom, medyo bothered ako.. Yung result ko ba is something na dapat kong ipagalala? mag 2 mos na kase akong hindi nagkakaroon, kaya ng decide na rin kami magpacheck up, nag PT ako 3 weeks ago negative. may mga issues na ako before, hormonal imbalance, etc. huli akong nagpa OB 6 yrs ago, 4 yrs na kami ng MR. ko pero 2yrs palang kaming nag TTC, pero hindi kami makabuo bakit po kaya? kinakabahan ako sa pedeng sabihin sa akin ng OB ko, im 29 yrs old and lahat ng tao sa paligid namin atat na atat ng magka baby kami... kailangan ko lang po ng konting motivation at lakas ng loob para sa sasabihin ng OB ko tom thanks

Welcome to the forum! yup dami info makukuha dito. I love this forum too.
Retroverted uterus means your uterus is tilted backward toward the spine, yung normal na position is antevereted uterus meaning titlted forward towards the bladder. yung iba hirap magbuntis pag retroverted uterus.

Thickened endoemtrium mo, siguro is because of your pcos or may other underlying problems ka pa sis.

Hi mga sis, gusto ko lang din magshare. I discovered that I have PCOS when I was 20, since walang budget I just ignored it, when I became 22 nagka work na ako and I went to OB. discovered that I have PCOS, myoma and retroverted uterus. I got married, and alam ni hubby ang situation. We lived together ng 6 months, then nag saudi siya. On and off ang uwi niya like 1 month per year. Habang nasa saudi siya nag wwork out ako and hoping na baka sa pagbalik niya makabuo kami. Last year I have tried taking clomid for 1 cycle pero it didn't work for me. I just get tired of fertility drugs like metformin and yasmin. Naging anemic lang ako and feeling ko nakapagpabagal cya ng mental ability ko. So that was 3 years of work out. Sobrang nawalan na ako ng pagasa, and I  stopped taking anything. Naawa na rin ako sa sarili ko and I want to take a rest from those drugs. Last February 2010, I went to an OB, check up lang. Sabi niya meron daw akong something sa vagina and kelangan ipapsmear. Yun pla yung reason why everytime na nagd-do kami ni hubby, is my stain of blood. So July umuwi si hubby but until now [textspeak!] pa rin nabubuo. Btw, di pa rin ako nagttake ng fertility medicines. Just like a week ago, I read about supplements, Now I'm taking EPO, follic acid and vitamin e, plus glutha. I don't know mga sis, sobrang depressing, Nakakawalang pagasa. Nagkakalakas lang ako ng loob pag nababasa ko mga kwento niyo.

^sis dont lose hope..try mo mag simba sa quiapo or mag novena. nandito ba hubby mo? kung wala pa wag ka na muna mag EPO. mag folic acid at gluta ka nlng muna. nagpa check up na din ba hubby mo?

Hi! first time ko mag join sa ganitong discussion.. naencourage din kase ako mag basa-basa.. esp.that im having the same problems =( retroverted din ovaries ko and PCOS din ako.. 5 years nakami ng hubby ko pero hindi parin ako na-ppreggy..minsan nakakadown na talga.. im now on my 4th time ng IUI..dami procedures na pinagdaanan ko.. pero mukhang magkakaroon na ulit ako..which means, hindi successful ang procedure =( so try na naman kame ulit.

Hi sis Jorhen, Yes nandito na siya. Almost 3 months na kaming magkasama pero until now di pa rin successful  Mmm. di pa namin napapacheck sperm count niya, Pero baka Itry din namin pag nagka extra cash. Sobrang walang improvement sa EPO, medyo napansin ko lang na may improvement dun sa pagka watery nia pero hanggang now wala pa rin yung "sticky mucus" Sobrang nattempt na ako bumili ng Fertility Blend. Haaay

sis manny33, we didn't actually work-hard to have this baby, kaya for us, miracle 'to. I just finished taking pills (for PCOS and endometriosis) nung november 2009; hindi kami nagtry pa muna [textspeak!] we were abroad and planned to settle here na sa pinas. Ang pinakamalaking factor sa amin ay rest, as in super rest kami ni hubby since kakauwi lang namin nung March 2010, one month din kaming nakapag-rest, then nung May, we found out na preggy na me. Then ni-recall namin how I got pregnant, yun nga yung pa-side na style which we have never done before kasi yung dog-style, matagal na naming ginagawa, hindi um-effect eh kahit super try pa kami non.
