Retroverted Uterus, Thickened Endometrium and polycystic ovaries

This were the findings on my recent TVS, so need to take clomid and metformin, for I wanted to conceive also.  Mahirap ba talagang mabuntis having these?

hello there! i'm new here i also have retroverted uterus and my ob suspected at first that i might be polycystic coz of my heavy periods but the sonologist said im not polycystic naman. I remembered her saying that even if i was retro and polycystic at the same time it won't be a problem. It won't be as easy as those without this but still the chance of conceiving is there. ask ko lang po if napregnant po ba kayo dahil sa metformin? Ang hirap po pala yan my myoma tapos bilateral. Natural po ba yung pregnancy nyo or meron po kayo tinake na meds to get pregnant?

i have both of these and endometriosis. took me 5 years to finally get pregnant. i did full fertility work-up although di na umabot sa in-vitro. there will always be hope. In His time.

nakakalito din ang mga findings ng tvu/tvs because previously sabi sa akin retroverted uterus ko and so yun ang alam ko. however, nung magkaron ako ng tvu naman na sinasabi sa impression that i have anteverted uterus. so nakakalito. kaya tinanong ko sa RE ko and she said that hindi naman daw permanente ang pagiging retroverted or anteverted. pwedeng before retroverted ako tapos naging anteverted. i wasn't able to ask further why but i will try nga on my next visit to my RE.  but what's important, i guess, is that regardless kung retro or ante you can still get pregnant.

i had retroverted uterus and then got pregnant thrice but until now wala pa nga lang successful pregnancy kase i miscarried. hopefully this september sana mag BFP...

i have a retroverted uterus and was cured of POS. kasi yan ang first diagnosis ng first ob ko dati way back 8 years or more. Tapos recently nagpalit ako ng ob kasi malayo yung place ng talagang ob ko (mla and I'm now residing in Baguio). So nung nagpaultra sound ako, normal naman ang ovaries ko. I'm glad na hindi na siya POS.

Afaik, kaya lang mahirap mabuntis ang may POS kasi hindi mo alam kung kailan ka fertile... Pero meron din mga POS na madali mabuntis sabi dati nung isang doctor nung nagpa general check up ako 2 years ago.

^ i agree. then having retroverted uterus has nothing to do with difficulty in getting pregnant. it's just pag retro ka, iba lang ang position ng uterus mo that may cause inconvenience or pain sa pelvic area. retro uterus will also cause frequent UTI and pelvic inflamatory diseases. pero naayos din yan kasi depende din sa posture mo, pag upo, etc..

i mean yung pagiging retro uterus mo, depende sa posture and pag upo mo.  search mo sa internet para makita mo kung ano dapat hitsura ng uterus na normal. nakalabas siya, pointing sa may puson natin. while ang retro, naka arch back or pointing upwards. nakasandal siya sa may spine natin. so since nakikisikip siya sa pelvic area natin, it interferes with other organs such as gall bladder or urethra that causes uti.

possible ba yun im also antverted normal, pero possible ba na dati retroverted ako? Nasa result naman yung makikita if your anteverted or retroverted. Ano yun umiikot yung uterus mo?

I know yung position niya pag retro.. What I don't understand is how posture plays a role with it. Meron ba tamang way para ma-correct yung pagka retro or ante ng uterus through posture?

sabi ng OB ko nababago daw position ng uterus over time. kung lagi kang nakaupo, nakaslouch, nakahiga, etc.. it affects daw. maybe that's the reason retro becomes ante or vice versa. i also wonder if hilot can help "arrange" our uterus.

ahh i see. oo nga alam ko sabi nila yung hilot daw effective pero dapat pupunta ka dun sa magaling talaga and experienced. Tapos after that hindi ka pwede gumawa ng mabibigat na work at hindi pwede ma-stress.
