^^^I have the Toshiba Mini Netbook (NB305-N444BN). Average battery life is 8 hours and 45 minutes. Naka 6 cell lithium-ion battery sya kaya matagal battery life but it's not bulky.

^sis, got it at Best Buy for USD480.00 which is roughly mga Php21K. It's 250gb hard drive. Hindi ko lang alam magkano sya dito.

I'm using Toshiba NB200. Got it for 28600 August of last year sa Toshiba store ng Mega Mall. So far wala namang problema.

I just bought Acer Aspire d255. orig price nito ata nasa 22k, but i was ablt to buy it sa mall ng 18.9k.

i'm looking for something i can easily bring to school and lug around the campus, and with a long battery life.

main reason ko lang naman for buying a netbook is for school use. mainly ms word, powerpoint, video and image editing for audio-visual presentations, and internet browsing naman yung paggagamitan ko. plus na lang siguro yung being able to play games smoothly and i prefer windows 7 sana, or xp. ayoko ng vista or linux

so far base sa nabasa ko, okay 'tong mga to:

lenovo s10-3/s10-3c

alin kaya diyan ang best for my needs? may iba pa ba kayong model/brand na irerecommend? yung di masyadong expensive sana as much as possible, kasi my parents just bought me a new phone last month and they will be the ones paying for this, too XD

^^ my vote goes for lenovo because of its durability. pretty much basic naman yung need mo and pretty much same capacity yung laman ng mga choices mo, might as well go for the tibay value

^ sis i dont think its really with the quality, if youre eyeing a particular brand, most likely same source lang din ng mabibili dito. its more with the price advantage cause its cheaper there, because of the tax.. taas kase tax dito satin

^okay ba ang battery life ng lenovo? medyo partial ako sa asus nung una dahil sa battery life eh. bawal kasi magplug ng laptops sa school unless ginagamit na during presentations, hinuhuli ng guard :/

although yun nga, matibay ang lenovo so kinoconsider ko din sya. di ko lang alam kung kaya nyang tapatan ang eee pc when it comes to battery life.

sa price ba, di ba sila nagkakalayo ngayon?

never buy neo netbook..
my files got corrupted and never retrieved.. (
first na nacorrupt yung software..
pinalitan ng new unit but still.. nakakasecond times na syang nacocorrupt..
hassle plus.. 30mins lang yung battery when browsing the net..

HP MINI.320gb HD 2gb memory cheap lang siya kasi sale nagpabili lang ako sa friend ko kasi 23thousand dyan sa Pinas e nabili ng friend ko for 15thousand. great deal!sino gusto magpabili may patong 1 thousand LOL!!!

i already have my acer aspire one d260. it has 10" screen but mukhang malaki na sya, siguro kasi my netbook before was the old and first mini netbook of asus, which is 7" screen lang.  battery life is quite long pero di ko pa kasi nagamit ng super tagal.  pero nung isang beses na malapit na maubos battery, nakalagay sa indicator na 2hrs na lang daw, nagamit ko pa sya ng more than 2 hours, maybe an additional 30mins pa (or more).  slim design sya, di rin naman heavy but the battery alone seems heavy.  soft keys and sensitive "mouse or scroll area" (ano ba tawag dun sa area na yun?).  it already has windows 7 OS and 60-day trial ms office 2007. pre-installed na rin ang skype and IE 8 browser na.  may naka-install na rin na Norton Anti virus.  so far, i'm loving it. basic rin lang kailangan ko and i think this is enough.  yun nga lang super sensitive nung "mouse area" kahit ma touch ko lang yung dulo e may reaction agad yung pointer.
