hi there sisses! BPO industry din ako... 6 yrs na so far, been with two companies na...  saya ng sahod above average talaga... outbound credit card collections ako for US cards... as for stress?  meaning sa umpisa super stressful, later on sanay ka na sa irate na kano keri mo na and [textspeak!] incentives malaki sa collections... ang super ayaw ko lang tlaga... i havent spent x-mas and new years eve sa family ko, every year iniiyakan ko padin yan...

I just recently got into a BPO wherein most of the accounts handled are Aus accounts. Too bad for me though, I was profiled for an US Account. Haha!

Gusto ko na rin sana ng Austrailian account para dayshift. Si H2B kasi Dayshift hirap, magkaiba kami ng oras. T_T

try mo samin sis, since healthcare account [textspeak!] samin halos katrabho mo e nasa medical field..heheh anyway, sa libis [textspeak!] office, 17k starting plus benefits tas hindi pa ganun ka toxic at maganda pa dun e alm mo na kagad [textspeak!] mga terms since nursing grad ka and [textspeak!] account namin ang pinaka malaki as of today as in hiring kasi talaga dahil palaki ng palaki account namin, imagine, wave 1 ako started back in july 2009, ngayon nasa 30+waves na and still hiring..ok mga tao and ive been with the company for 3 years. ok sila mag alaga ng employee nila...try mo lang, or i-pm moko for more info

Isa rin ako nightwalker like most of you. I've been in the call center industry for 4 years now.

^sis anung company yan? Nursing grad din ako last 2008 and board passer na. I was waiting for my board exam results while in training sa callcenter na pinasukan ko, until now I'm with them pa rin hehe. 3 years na ko with the BPO, and balak ko na lumipat sa iba kasi ang liit ng sahod and tinanggal nila appraisal.

HGS name ng company.  in between ng red ribbon and wilcon depot along libis. dala kau resume and id lang den lagay nyo name ko jonalyn paulo since my position nako at baka kilala ko pa [textspeak!] hr or interviewer.  anyway, ang off e sat sun tas pinaka maagang pasok is from 8-5 pinaka late is 11-8.  17k starting plus ND plus benefits at nataas evey year sabay may exceed pa pag ok performance mo.halos lahat nakakakuha ng 20+ every month.ok pa mga tao

yup fixed off sat sun. tas ND is from 9-6. based sa pay slips ko 2000 ang ND ko since fixed din ang sched ko na 9-6. plus benefits isa na [textspeak!] exceed which is based naman sa performance mo like la ka late or absent, kasi un pinaka importante sa account namin, ndi ka late or absent. nakakakuha ng 3-5k exceed lang plus hmo at allowance at kahit naka training ka palang sweldo na kagad makukuha mo unlike ibnag company training allowance lang binibigay.  tas madali lang trabaho, kasi health insurance sya. mag qquote lang kayo benefits or mag auuthorized lang ng procedure. sympre undergo training muna pero lahat naman ng sasabihin nyo asa monitor nyo na hehe

ako hindi na nakapag board kasi sweldo ko malaki na. hehe nursing grad naman ako mga sis at naeenjoy ko work since madali lang at taas pa sweldo.
