majal · « **Reply #351 on:** October 24, 2009, 08:58:39 pm »

hi mga sises. i was with the call center industry 7 years ago. about the contract thing, dati hndi uso yan eh, i remember kami yung first batch ng mga agents na gusto nila papirmahin sa exclusive contract na iyon, which is one of the major reason why i left the company....they wanted an exclusive 2 year contract. may provision pa na within two years time ay walang promotion whatsover. haaaaayy

ask ko lang, mas gumanda na ba mga benefits ng mga agents ngayon? how much are the average salary now? is it the same 7 years ago?

odessa17 · « **Reply #352 on:** October 25, 2009, 12:41:33 am »

hello po... call center agent for 3 years already...

twinkletown · « **Reply #353 on:** October 27, 2009, 03:55:08 am »

Na-bother ako sa subject verb agreement:

"team managers is..."
"supervisors is..."
"this are for..."
