hello to all sis here in call center agent, i am just new here...nag apply kasi ako sa 2 call center company, Synergy Human Res. which is the FSJ Institute and the other is Convergence. Ask ko lang which is better? at alin kaya sa kanila ang mas malaki ang bigay, tomorrow ang interview ko sa FSJ Institute and sa Mon. ang sa Convergence. Saka how can i turn down sa isa kung may napili na ako. May contract ba itong 2 company, i mean you must work for them for 2 years, ganuon ba iyon, ayon lang naman sa mga naririnig ko, hehe.

Thanks...

[twinkletown]

^ sis to all company has contract naman po. depende po yan

[jellybean0516]

i think she means if they have a bond.  d ako familiar sa 2 companies na yun pero d ba headhunters yung Synergy?

[twinkletown]

^ pero still depende din naman sa company yung bond. dito sa sykes i dont have a bond, not unless they would send me to another country for training, yun may bond na ako  for travelling

[mlpa777]

to twinkletown and jellybean0516,
thanks in your adivice, first time ko kasi magwowork sa call center if ever. Dami ty sa inyo, bond pala ang tawag duon, yong bond ba na sinasabi nila ay paano ang arrangement nuon? Tia again.

[twinkletown]

the bond is an agreement that you will stay in the company for so months/years of service, if in case you resigned during/within the period of your bond, if the reason is not valid, you will pay a certain amount. may iba nasa 150K. depende kasi.
