mga sis, question kasi last december 10, 2011 i just had an operation inalis ng OB ko yung right fallopian tube ko dahil nag ectopic pregnancy ako. after operation nag bleed ako, pero 4 days lang. let's say december 14 yung last menstration ko.



mga sis bakit ganon last week na ng january wala pa din ako mens?

Hi sisses!! Makikishare Lang po..I had ectopic pregnancy last jan,tinanggal na right Fallopian tube ko.according to the ob who did the operation,I have PID. As in yung natirang Fallopian tube dikit na raw  sa uterus. Ask ko Lang po Kung may idea kayo Kung pwede pa ba mag conceive naturally even with pid? Or iui na or Ivf? Thank you in advance sa sasagot:)

hi mga sis! paranoid here.
check ko lang, kasi i have urine and blood PT both are positive.
based on last LMP, 7 weeks na ako.  but the TVS showed an empty uterus.
pinababalik after 7-10 days for another TVS.
normal naman yung result ng TVS, may corpus luteum on right ovary and thickened endometrium. wala naman sinabi na ectopic. or iba pa bang test ang gagawin? do they always check the tubes during TVS?

ngayon nagccramps ako pero hindi naman sobrang masakit saka mga about 2 seconds lang.
no spotting at all.
natatakot tuloy ako.

no idea sis, i had ectopic twice. based on my experience, pagkatapos ako kuhanan ng urine PT ng OB ko negative result then check niya yung blood ko (hcg ata tawag dun) then nag positive nga na pregnant ako tapos check nya sa utrasound negative. then she decided na mag transvaginal ayun nakita nila na lumaki na sa fallopian tube ko yung fetus then may internal bleeding na kaya kelangan na tanggalin or else mamatay ako. good thing naagahan yung operation at nabuhay pa ako

nakakatakot naman yun sis 
hindi ko kasi sure kung ni check nun sonographer yung tubes ko durinig TVS yesterday.

oo nga sis 1st ectopic ko december 2011 tinanggal yung right fallopian ko yung second last march lang wala pang 3 months na C/S ulit ako.

hello i undergone also surgery this sept 2 2012,  my doctor told me i had a 50/50 chance to give birth again , for 3years kng hnntay pero wala talaga ,and now i dont know how to start , and my chance na bumalik pa raw for  8 to 9 percent ..please give me some tips ano bang ggwin ko .please help thanks

Sabi ng ob as long as meron pa isang tube na open, may chance pa din mag conceive naturally. I had laparoscopy 2 weeks ago and my right fallopian tube was cut due to hydrosalpinx. Fortunately, yung left tube ko open naman. Kaya yun advise sa min, try daw muna natural method.

Sis curious ako, how much pag ganun na inject lang ng meds, last 2005 pa yung sa case ko pero hindi kasi ako binigyan ng ganung option, surgery agad.

May chance talaga na maulit ang ectopic pero malaki rin naman yung chance na hindi, basta live healthy and work up para sa natitirang tube, dito ko nabasa sa FN na somehow it helps to open the tube pag nagpacheck ka ng patency ng tube mo because of the fluid daw na iniinject, kaya nagpa lab talaga ako ng ganun and with lots of prayers, thank God I have two beautiful kids now, prayers lang ng mga sisses, I believe that God hears our heart's desire and will give it to us in His time.

^sis rianne_00, sorry di ko alam kung magkano yung injection. Covered kasi ng insurance dito sa middle east. Wala kasing heartbeat tsaka very early nalaman na ectopic kaya nakuha sa injection. Pero yung una namin pinuntahan na doctor gusto nya laparoscopy agad. We went to another doctor for second opinion, ayun sabi nya no need for laparoscopy daw kasi maliit pa lang at walang heartbeat. Kaya lang after 2 months ng injection ko nagpunta kasi sa infertility specialist, nakita naman yung right tube may hydro kaya 2 weeks ago nagpalaparoscopy din ako para ma cut yung right tube. Di rin ako nakaligtas sa operation. Hehe. Buti na lang yung remaining tube ko open.

Swerte naman sis may 2 chikitings ka na. Sabi ng ob kaya daw di nagtuloy previous pregnancies (miscarriage & ectopic) ko dahil dun sa fluid sa right tube ko. Toxic daw kasi sa embryo yung fluid. Sana nga ma preggy na din. Ang tagal na namin TTC.

pa join mga sis. yesterday i found out na ectopic ang pregnancy ko. pero maliit pa daw sabi ni ob kaya pwede pa daw makuha sa methotrexate. im now waiting for ob para inject na nya sakin yung gamot. by the way we waited this for 9 years pero ganito nangyari. im not blaiming anyone. im sure na isa lang ito sa trials na bibigay ni God samin.

sis femmy_steff I'm sorry to hear about your ectopic pregancy.  I know exactly how you feel. Halos ganyan na din kami katagal TTC kaya sobrang lungkot ko nung nalaman namin na ectopic yung pregnancy ko dati. Pero grateful pa din ako na detect na maaga, kaya nakuha pa sa injection.

Did your ob tell you that you need to wait at least 3 months after the methotrexate injection before you can start trying again? Methotrexate depletes folic acid in our system and may cause abnormality to the baby kaya you need to wait. And make sure sis take ka ng folic acid ha pag yung HCG level mo zero na ulit.
 
I'm not yet pregnant sis. Pero wait ko na lang AF ko this month para maka start ulit TTC. Magpa IUI kami. Keep the faith sis. Don't lose hope. God bless you sis. Sana yung next pregnancy successful na.

basta sabi sakin ni ob sis after ko mag bleed pwede na daw mabuntis ulit once nag ovulate ako. actually pinapacontinue pa nya yung folic acid ko. next week pinapagpt nya ako ku g positive parin daw isang inject pa, pero if not, wait ko na lumabas daw lahat then ultrasound ako to check na wala na talaga. yan lang sinabi nya sakin. yun nga din mga nabasa ko eh na after 3 months pa. pero kasi sya nakakaalam ng history ko kaya sya susundin ko eh. anyway, matagal na rin syang ob ko at isa sya sa magaling na ob dito sa city namin.

^sis bakit pinag take ka ng folic acid? sabi kasi sa kin ng ob ko wag ako mag take ng folic acid hanggang bumalik sa zero yung beta HCG ko. Kasi di magiging effective yung methotrexate kung mag continue ka ng folic acid. Tapos kung makaka 2 shots ka ng injection dapat 6 months ka muna maghintay to start trying again. Malaki daw kasi chance na may abnormality yung baby dahil sa depleted folic acid.

Pagkatapos ng injection sis dapat me blood test ka para malaman kung bumababa yung HCG mo. Kelangan i monitor until maging zero. Ako nun every week me bloodtest. Tapos nung ika 3rd week after ng injection zero na HCG ko. Noon lang ako pinag take ng folic acid ng ob ko. Tapos ang advise nga sa akin after 3 months pa bago mag try ulit.

Search mo din sis sa internet. Ganyan din kasi nabasa ko info regarding methotrexate eh.

sis rogue ano yung mga naramdaman mo after the shot? masakit ba? as in madami ba lalabas? natatakot kasi ako eh. ano binawal sayi?

sis femmy, yung bleeding ko parang AF lang. mga 4-5 days. Masakit yung left side ko kasi dun ako sa left tube na ectopic. Naka admit ka ba sis sa hospital? Ako kasi nun naka admit eh. June 1 yung shot ko tapos nakalabas ako June 3. Pag uwi ko ng bahay dun ko lang naramdaman yung masakit sa left side ko. Advise lang sa kin ng ob avoid sunlight daw kasi baka daw mag skin allergy ako. Rare side effect yata ng methotrexate yun. Tsaka yung folic acid nga. Wag daw ako iinom until zero na HCG ko.

hindi sis nasa bahay lang ako. natatakot kasi ako baka malakas yng blood o masakit talaga. hehe.. binawal lang sakin yung lumalabas at lalo na malalayo kasi daw baka bilga ako mahilo. sabi ko nga kay hubby wag muna pumasok pag nagbleed ako eh. natatakot talaga ako.

Wag ka matakot sis. Ako din nun natakot akala ko kasi mga buong dugo ang lalabas. Parang AF lang sis. Kaya lang masakit dun sa left side ko. Pero saglit lang naman. Dont worry sis makakaraos ka din.
