Professional Bra Fitting

I bought a bra last week from Marks and spencer the SA measured me and Im a size 36A.  I also tried a 36B and it also fits except that the cup has an allowance. I got the 36A instead coz it fits better but I don‘t u
derstand how come I can also fit into a B cup.

^^ if there's an allowance in the cup then it's not a perfect fit. choose the cup size that fits you perfectly. so  they can hold and support your breast better.

Usually the SA in lingerie stores will help you determine your size sis e. As for me, iba iba size ng bra ko sa closet. Mabilis kasi ako pumayat, mabilis din tumaba so dapat both days may pwede ako isuot. Ang hirap ng maging endomorph.

I like how they check the fit at La Senza before you get it. It is very helpful because different kinds of bras fit differently.

Try to have yourself fitted by various brand holders, as brands differ in bra types, sizes and standards (US/EU/UK). It's something people tend to forget and cling on to only 1 bra size. Remember which standard they used.

That is also my problem mabilis din ako tumaba at pumayat. Lol eh lagi pa namang strapless ang bra ko as in everyday strapless. Pag pumayat ako nalalaglag yung bra

all the while i thought 32A ako yun pala 30D

kaya pala naiipit lagi yung gilig ng breast ko

saang store ba sa manila merong 30D? at yung hindi sana ganun kamahal

I always buy push up bra mga sis kasi maliit lang boobs ko 
gusto ko rin magpa bra fitting kaso nakakahiya baka matawa lang SA sakin haha 
minsan depende sa size nagkakasya naman ako sa A and B. Nilalakihan ko ng onti yun cup kasi ang pangit tignan pag naka side view tapos flat 

gusto ko na magpaganito para malaman right size.Minsan ang sakit suotin ng mga bra ko na A and B.Di ko magets kung sa wire ba yun or sa band.

^Sis, pwede ka pa-assist sa M&S. They're professionals naman di sila matatawa promise . Kahapon nagpa-fit ako ulit kasi ang sikip na nung mga bra ko dahil tumaba ako nirrcommend nila na yun mas malaki na bilhin ko.

^hehe naku sis nahihiya parin ako pero yun nga kelangan ko na talaga malaman tamang sukat haha. Sige pag bibili na ako siguro saka ako magpasukat. Hintay pa ako onti baka magka sale pa dahil malapit na December lol. Thanks sis!

Ako rin nahihiya dati magpa bra fitting, so nag research nalang ako kung paano mo malalaman kung maayos yung fit ng bra, pati kung ano ba dapat palitan sa size kung mali yung fit. Nakakalito kasi kung dapat ba yung cup size or band size ang dapat palitan no? Then ako na nageevaluate sa fitting room kung okay yung fit or hindi. Gotta say, mas malaki nga tignan nung tamang size na suot ko kasi may support na at di na nasi-squish. 

Minsan yung mga SA kahit trained sila, malaki yung band size na binibigay nila, then maliit yung cup size. For the longest time akala ko 34 B ako, 32 C pala dapat. Ibang brands kasi, 34 na yung smallest band size, at siyempre ang end goal nung SA eh makabenta.

Victoria Secret and La Senza.  Don't stick to one person lang.. Magpa fit ka lagi if may chance. Or minsan wag mo rin sila lagi sundin if hindi ka comporable sa size ng sinusukat mo.   Ang labo ko ba? hahaha

Everytime I buy bra, I ask the SA to measure me.  For the past 2 years, meron na ko "suki".  Sa Wacoal in Landmark, ok yung SA dun.  aside from taking my measurements, pinapatry din ako ng iba iba styles, plus pointers on the right way of fitting a bra.

when I was much younger, dream ko talaga makabili ng VS bra, lalo na yung lacy na styles.  when I finally had the chance to buy, naku, I am so small.  I think B is the smallest cup for lacy styles.  I ended just getting the matching panties.  at checkout, the cashier said "oh these have matching bra.  you should try them".  I said "I know.  but nothing will fit me".  Cashier looks at my chest, gave me a knowing look, and said "oh, I know what you mean..."

Sa Pink line ng Victoria Secret. Meron sila for cup AA and A.  Yung line which caters to teens/college. (juniors)

Whenever I buy bra, I have fittings prior to trying.
However, there are stores that offer professional bra fitting - but not the VS or la senza kind of fitting.  And although i bought and was fitted at both these stores, I felt that the sablay pa rin somehow. Now I read that although its important to measure the underbust and the fuller part of the breast, its also important to look at the bra strap.  Which is, yon pala ang problem ko since I have sloping shoulders. Recommendation is bra with straps that are closer together at the back.
