i bought the individual brushes yung long handled ones sis pati baby buki and the case separates pala lahat. sabi ni bea may isa daw na wala dito but meron sa US. was hoping for a contour brush wala nga palang contour contour sa BB just like sa Shu Uemura :)

I realized may mali ako dapat I bought mine abroad but hindi na rin naman na makakapag antay ang activities ko. my mua friends told me not to bring daw my mac brushes sa shoots and fasyon shows if wala akong assistant/yaya kasi madami daw cases na nagnenenok (gay word) pag ganun kaya i bought the bb nalang pang "harabas" (gay lingo again)

the handles of my brushes are normal lang parang light wood color not transparent.

^talaga? parang baliktad. haha. kasi IMO, bobbi brown's brushes are much better, or much expensive than MAC (If my memory serves me right).

That's the trademark of BB's brushes. Light colored wooden handles.

How many brushes did you buy? Whole line diba? :)

19 brushes all in all kasama na ang baby buki so 20 items if included na the case. the case is 2k. if i remember right the most expensive brush was the bronzer brush. the buki is 2,750.00

yes i bought them at the bb at makati kay bea. ask bea about her pink lippie similar to pink noveau but its actually the cheek & lip tint (daw)

im due to go back to the counter, im lemming to try the fonda & shimmer bricks and get some buffing grains as well. and also a backup foundation brush, its nice kasi.

cher.liman: there are 23 Bobbi Brown brushes all in all including the baby buki. If we don't have only a single brush available here, dapat 22 nakuha mo.

Just confused. :)

19 lang talaga sis nabawasan na ng isa kasi prestige pala yun kakulay so i thought it was part of the set.

hmmm what did i miss kaya? sabi ni bea yun na daw yun though wala akong lip brush and the pointed concealer brush na sabi nya di daw available in Manila.

I love Bobbi Brown's foundations and eyeshadows! Ganda talaga.

I don't have any of their lipsticks yet, though. Any recs/favorites? A shade for office/daytime wear, and a nude shade for smokey eye. Thanks! :)

lately im more of a bobbie brown girl na din. i recently bought an entire brush collection (39k damage) and is been lurking (or rather looking) to achieve that super clean makeup look bb is known for.

im interested in the stick foundation, is it any good? i want full full coverage sana (although my derma says im a loon for saying this since i have no blemishes to hide daw) then top it off with a sheer luminous foundie...

ekk! ang mahal naman nyan sis! hehe  :o

^Mas ok si Shimmerbrick. I have a shimmerbrick in Rose and MSF Blonde. Si shimmerbrick kasi versatile. Can be use as highlighter, blush or eyeshadow. Si MSF Blonde either highlighter or blush lang siya.

was in a dilemma before on which liquid foundation to buy, cant decide between nars and shu.. im leaning towards nars since super ok yung SA, have actually switched from mac to nars because of nars' super nice SA ;0)

then my ate, a BB addict, suggested the natural finish long lasting foundation.. sobrang nagustuhan ko sya...   its my first bb kikay item and its super sulit for me  :D

^Mas gusto ko rin BB than NARS. BB feels like second skin. Yung NARS kasi parang obvious na meron foundation kahit sheer naman siya. I guess mas blended sa skintone ko yung BB Natural Finish ko.

Been thinking if I should get a liquid foundie from mac or bb.. they both have decent yellow-toned foundies kasi, am I right? I really want to try mac cos it's cheaper and I wanted to start my mac collection from there. But then again, i heard a lot of people break out with mac foundies so I'm looking into bb. Any recs for med-full coverage foundies?

^Check mo to sis:
http://karlasugar.net/2010/03/bobbi-brown-foundation-guides/

I have MAC Studio Fix Liquid and Bobbi Brown Natural Finish Long Lasting Foundation. I prefer BB kasi I found my exact match. Although I'm NC20 in MAC, the foundation was never really a match, its too yellow. As in para akong may hepa while sa BB, blended perfectly. MAC naman is heavy on the skin and with its name implies that its used more on studios hence di pwede araw arawin while sa BB skin-friendly siya. It feels very light and feels like a second skin.

^That was really helpful! Thank you! I should always remember to ask if a certain foundie can be used everyday  ;D I keep forgetting. Good thing you mentioned it! Would you happen to know how much the Natural Finish foundation is?
