Yup sis, most of my MUA friends use the FS 2-way kapag normal make-up lang (and rates, hehe) ang need ng clients, kasi they're trying to save their MACs kasi mahal. They're almost the same talaga even sa staying power.

for reference i am nc40 to 42, slightly acidic and i have an oily skin type.

mufe mat velvet + = 55

mufe hd = 127, 128

guerlain pe and other guerlain foundies (liquid and powder) = 03, 04

revlon colorstay, natural tan, golden caramel

revlon photoready = medium beige

eldw = tawny

la mer treatment powder foundation = buff

ysl teint resist = honey beige

dior forever extreme wear = honey beige

chanel perfection lumiere = BA 34



ysl rpc dahlia = mac crosswires (based on how both appeared when i applied them side by side on top of my lips)

la mer treatment powder foundation = mac studio fix powder (coverage, consistency and longevity wise though mac doesn't have the "treatment" as claimed by the la mer powder.)

mac russian red = nyx matte lipstick in perfect red (again, this is based on how they both looked on my own lips when i applied them side by side to each other)

yun pa lang mga napansin ko. will try to check on what else i have on my stash.

girls, question po...i've read about NC in threads, i don't have any idea what it stands for, but as i understand it, it's like a tone chart for lips/skin or something...can someone kindly educate, or at lease provide links on what this is all about? TIA!

^NC is from MAC color shade, NC is Neutral Cool and NW is for Neutral Warm. Marami lang ginagamit MAC color shade for reference kasi mas marami ang familiar with MAC

and also in my opinion, if you know your shade sa MAC, mas madali ka na makahananp ng right shades for you sa iba't ibang make up brands. dati laging hit or miss ang foundation shades na nabibili ko, but when i had my shade matched sa MAC store, naging mas madali na ang pagpili ko ng mga tamang shades for me.

^i used the gel liner sa school. i bought kasi ulit and ganun pa din ang quality nya. nothing changed maganda pa din. check bb, i have the dark brown one.

^i don't have both but i'm lemming for cosmo for some time na. i've read that max factor rosewood is a close dupe. although mahal na din sya for 575 so i guess go for mac na lang din.

i'm not really into fuchsia shades but for rebel try revlon fuchsia fusion. parang hawig sa photos kasi.
