hi sis.. uu mababait trainers dun.. 3 lang sila trainers dun actually kasi super bait.. yung isa dun gwapo.. :-) nagbbox na ko last year pa. saka maganda ambience ng gym, not the type na alam mong puro lalake ang laman sa unang tingin.. message mo ko so masabayan mo ko pag magsstart ka na :-)

Hi mga sis, im planning to try boxing sa elorde ortigas home depot or tektite bldg. any feedback sa 2 branches na to? And sino nagbobox din dun? Baka pwede makisabay..hehe

yung sa kin kasi 1800 for 10 sessions pero sa muay thai kasi ako, hindi ko alam yung rate nila for 10 sessions sa boxing. pero kung per day, boxing is 150. may mga girls naman pero one at a time, minsan nga ako  lang mag-isa sa elorde eh, tiempuhan mo yung time na hindi matao para focus si trainer sa yo. pero sempre dominated pa rin ng male specie ang boxing arena, sila pa rin mas marami. im not using locker sis, kasi makikita ko naman yung gamit ko saka sobrang konti ng nagbbox sa elorde starmall kaya secure ako sa gamit. saka makikita mo pa rin gamit mo while boxing

has anyone tried boxing in elorde sa planet infinity in qc? nakita ko kasi sa website ng elorde na meron pala dun. walking distance lang yun samin eh.

Meron bang nagbo-box dito sa Elorde Shaw (WCC)? Saka saan kaya may murang boxing paraphernalias (i.e. hand wrap, gloves, etc)? Hindi pa ko nag-backread, hehe.

Erika: Cheapest handwraps I saw is TKO, compared to Twins and Fairtex, super nipis siya pero ok narin. But if your trainer would ask you to punch heavily, you might wanna buy Twins or Fairtex.

sis if youre a frequent boxer I suggest to use fairtex kasi its thick enough to support your knuckles. I used other handwraps before but it made my knuckles dark. Nung gumamit ako ng fairtex, nag heal na yung mga sugat ko sa kamay

hello sa mga students ng elorde don antonio! it was my first time there nung monday, ok yung naging trainer ko kaso di ko nakuha name nya. sya ulit hahanapin ko pagbalik ko. nagustuhan ko din yung ladies room, bago-bago pa tsaka kumpleto. medyo masikip nga lang pero pwede na. mukhang mapapadalas ako sa elorde

Uy I miss Elorde Don Antonio. More than a month nako hindi bumabalik. Anyway, I say invest ka na sa magandang gloves. Maganda yung Twins na brand. Meron 'to dun sa small sportsshop in Trinoma (forgot the name). Basta yung same row ng nothing but H2O.

If first time mo, keri lang naman na humiram muna para alam mo yung size mo ng gloves.

hi, I wanna give this a stab soon. Plan ko nga is to box after a yoga class. I want to strengthen my upper torso and generate oomph on my upper limbs. Madalas kasi kahit cap ng mineral water na, hirap pa ko buksan  Anong time usually konti nag-box sa Don Antonio gym? Sino pala yun ok na trainer? So handwraps muna kunin ko then rent muna ko ng gloves?

i really want to try boxing, not to lose weight since normal weight naman ako for my height. gusto ko lang ma tone arms and legs ko lalo at abs na rin.

i bought 30 sessions worth of boxing coupons from a groupon deal a month or so ago; till now hindi ko pa nagagamit! ;p My sister told me though that you have to continue boxing or else you'll get fatter when you stop. is this true?

^ as with all sports, if you lost weight thru exercise then stopped, may tendency talaga na tumaba ka and end up bigger than your previous built.
